It would be nice if we looked good this weekend. It would really ramp up the excitement for the Arkansas game and could jump start us for the stretch run.

If we look like crap or heavens forbid lose, it will be a gigantic wet fart on this season. Losing this game would suck.

HAVE NO FEAR! ~~~ WONDER-DOG IS HERE. :D

(or at least the 2 Claribel's & their dog-trick trainers are here) (crosses all his finger that the arthritis allows)

We need a win. I have given up on a steady stream of offensive explosiveness, I just want enough points to win, be it 1 or 2 or 3 I don't care. We're not that great on offense, I can accept that. Just a W please.

Our offense is better than UGAs and so is our defense. As long as we don't make any bad costly TOs or STs gaffe's we will win.

UGA has a good rush defense and a very poor pass defense. At the LOS they do not rush the passer very well and their DBs are not very good either. Be interested to see how or even if Nuss tries and take advantage of it.

Also, UGA is not a very good passing team but a good rushing team. Be interested to see if Collins sells out to stop the run and tries force a true freshmen to beat us with his arm. That is what I would do.

And if so, you should run like hell...and not think of sadgator in any way whatsoever...

I kinda like that.

You were extra confident vs UT this year, FSU last year, and Mizzou two years ago.

I don't remember being confident florida would WIN in a long time, any confidence I've had since 2012 has been solely on the defense and nothing else at all lol besides the offense being just average at best enough to win on the scoreboard.. and then you see what happens with the offense to lose these games

Being extra confident for me is making 10 unit plays on Bama and being 11-2 in that span doing it and the two losses are to hall of fame coaches on the other sideline.. I've made a good bit betting for and against Florida in all major sports for years though, everyone always says that bullshit don't bet on your favorite teams line.. that means nothing with money and if you don't know your own team better than any others.. good or bad then you probably don't know anything period. Florida's losses are usually very easy to spot over the years if you've been a fan long enough, in any sport. Especially after watching the first quarter or half of games, Florida has always had the either play great or play pathetic cancer since ive been watching in my life at least. If they get down and look out of sorts, you can lay your life on it they won't come back like other teams do.. they just get worse

I've only seen numbers be really wrong twice. One on Muschamp as HBC, the other on the Bama-OSU playoff game. Other than that he has been on most of the time.

Spurrier quotes about UGA;

“Is Ray Goff still coaching there?”
Leading into the 1995 season, Spurrier was asked about extending the Gators’ winning streak against UGA. His response speaks for itself, and it wound up being Goff’s last year with the Bulldogs.

“We had a pretty good run over Georgia. Hopefully, it will be like that.”
As coach of the Washington Redskins in 2002, a reporter asked Spurrier if the Dallas Cowboys were the pro-football equivalent of Florida State. Spurrier went 11-1 against UGA as coach of the Gators.

I do remember two years ago he said there was no way that Mizzou would beat us...then the Mizzou homecoming fiasco happened.

I seem to remember him being high on us vs UT this year and remember him being a regular on War Chant last year breaking down how we would beat FSU.

I'm only teasing the guy. Nothing serious. I just wanted to poke fun fora minute. Not knocking his knowledge at all. He has probably forgotten more than I'll know re: football.

Jeremy has had a rough go personally recently.

He knows what he's talking about. I've used his advice to make many people a lot of money of betting lines.

what else would I do on an fsu site but tell them they will lose to everyone

like I said ive never actually had serious confidence in Florida to win a game since Meyer was here, saying a team should win with words is a lot different than backing it with money... and I sure as hell never was doing that with guys like driskel playing QB. Also a lot changes while watching games, which is where i make a lot of moves with live bets/2nd half bets etc... Live betting changed the whole scene for real avid football watchers that can see what's happening to see what will happen soon after. Football is such a dynamic game while you are seeing each snap, adjustments, non adjustments even, teams wearing down position by position... much like taking a team in an NBA series before it starts, by game 4 and 5 a LOT can change from what you originally thought. Predicting football games can be both the easiest AND toughest thing to do because of all the in depth moving parts to the game.. I always give my opinion openly, which I can't say for most people for some reason because they don't want to risk being labeled "wrong" when it doesn't matter either way. If you know the sport you will be right way more than not anyway

Driskel had a college career 134.1 passer rating, with 4 different WR coaches, while under 3 different OC's and with 2 different HC's.

His Sr year at LaTech, he had a 154.1 rating.
Jeff was a far better QB than the two Claribel's have been so far, (127/126 Ratings).
Nearly everyone still disses on Jeff, while giving 127 Claribel a blind eye....
Flies in the jelly it seems to me....

Jeff Driskel

2014 QBR rating vs conference opponents: 86.15
2014 rating vs non-conference opponents: 136.76
2014 overall 103.52

2013 QBR rating vs conference opponents: 62.87
2013 rating vs non-conference opponents: 143.45
2013 overall 135.52

Jeff was quite good against inferior opponents. Put him against good competition and he often and usually feel apart.

22 dropped passes in his last 5 games before being replaced by TH. Put him with a decent team, decent receivers, with good coaches and he gets drafted into the NFL...

I don't really care about Jeff, he's long gone now. Besides, he has a career in the NFL to sooth him concerning his rough time as the Gator QB, with mostly crap support from his teammates, coaches, and some of the fans.

But hey, I see your point,,, while LDR has a 127.3 against these monster talent opponents: U-Mass, UK, N.Tx, and Mizzou. :D

Muschamp turned in a better offensive performance against UMass than we could. Sad

lol defending driskel... i got a great laugh at his first and only nfl appearances

Driskel has an "NFL contract" to be on the practice squad for an awful team with awful QBs.

Congrats.

I don't see me attacking him, I probably spent as much time on the Falcons practice squad in OTA's than Jeffrey.

Well, I'm still getting a GREAT LAUGH at you,,, :D
but I'm not attacking you either... ;)
