And just when Jimbo needs to save his job…along comes Florida…

And yet somehow we manage to be in a lot of one score games. I'm not disagreeing with you, just saying it's damn strange. How does the same team that barely beat USF at home barely lose to UT on the road? Forget USF, how do you go on the road, at night, to the (now) #3 team in the country, play pretty poorly, yet be a Hail Mary away from winning? This has been the oddest year.

That was nice coming back but I don't consider games like that the same as a close loss where you were right there the whole time. I kind of look at it a little like our 3rd quarter against GA where even after those scores I felt we were way overmatched.

Yes I felt the same way…..but and it is a big but..if our defense makes a stop after we scored to make it 28-20 then it immediately turns into a ball game.

If the rumors about King maybe starting are true I think we are much more likely to win than if the true freshman started for them.

AM is in desperation mode, we are not. Jimbo is coaching for his life. Gators never do well when the other team is cornered. I full expect AM to play its best game of the season.

The new QB and some other players will be out with the flu apparently people are claiming. Watch us find a way to lose anyway to that QB who has been really bad this season.

Anyone else super happy to be eating crow today? I know I am.
Evil,

Happy to eat crow; I had no faith in us wiining the game in College Station.

In preseason, "Everyone", perhaps because of last season's spending spree during recruiting, picked TAMU to be a a top 10 team.

There are three reasons Jimbo's misadventures this season don't have him on the hotseat - his huge buyout, the realization that true freshmen & sophomores are seldom ready to be starters in the SEC, & his total inability to secure an SEC caliber QB during his time at TAMU.
