Following up on the talk of the possible transfer in of Utah cornerback Ryan Smith.
I made a call and Smith is currently enrolled at Utah for summer school taking two classes. When he passes them, he will have fulfilled his graduation requirements and eligible to transfer anywhere and play immediately.
The former freshman All American has plenty of options, including Florida. Nothing will be written in stone until after he graduates from Utah.
Ironically enough, Urban Meyer publicly came out against this loophole not too long ago.
He is a 5'10, 175 pounder with 2 years of eligibility remaining.
