So overrated as a head coach. He’s finding out just how much harder it is in the SEC than the ACC. Just because he could beat a bunch of tomato cans in the ACC. A&M got hoodwinked big time into paying him all that money.

He was undefeated in the ACC against the SEC.....since there are better players. Now he has to do it with those sec players. Not as easy

Beyond overrated. Averaged almost 4 losses a year in the ACC before Jameis showed up and had everybody thinking he was an offensive genius. And this was the ACC before Clemson was a legit program and with Miami sucking. He’s gonna get waxed regularly in the SEC West with that stale offense he runs.
We sucked for the most part as well during his time at FSU. Agreed that he’s highly overrated as a coach. I think he will eventually get fired from A&M after a few years with the type of money they are paying him.
Who cares what f$u fans think... and frankly, having them not respect you is in itself a reason to respect someone. He left for a better program. That doesn’t excuse the damage he did to college football by ruining the worst season in the history of the game. I could care less what he does, but I will say that aTm is a bette reprogram and his tainted title team would have lost this many games if they played a single decent team all season. The acc should be dropped from automatic playoff contention and should have to play their way in like any other p5 team, and while I respect Clemson, they can blame f$u for ducking competition and using the acc as a shortcut to being a real program. If there’s any justice, there next dozen coaching hires will show exactly what they are and why they never deserved any notoriety or respect in the first place

The people I'm laughing at are the Texas boosters out there who footed that 75 million $ bill. Sure it's probably nothing to them, but HAHA. Coulda put that money towards making your school better or your facilities better. Instead you burned it.
He's got that $$$ though. He has a National Title, and an Orange Bowl win over Michigan. The last is the only thing he has over Gene Chizik, well that and a head coaching gig.
