This is a culture and an atmosphere that needs to change. 15 yard penalties are not acceptable and just part of the game. The selfishness and lack of discipline has got to change.
We never had a chance at the Cfp. What I wasn't expecting was to be embarrassed on national television.
Y’all really need to be upset at Mullen’s timeout while LSU is trying to frantically kick a 57 yard FG with the clock running out. That was Les Miles bad.
meh. That was a no win situation. They made a bigger deal out of it than they should have. They were already out on the field getting ready to lineup when there was over 20 seconds left. It wasn't as frantic as they made it seem.
Dan doesn't call a timeout and give his offense the chance to respond, he gets the same criticism.
I would agree if it was a closer FG. But doesn’t really matter now. All about shoes at this point.
If he doesn’t call that time out...McPherson never gets a shot...
Yeah, the timeout was the right call. They had tons of time, it wasn’t rushed or frantic. Their field goal team was ready after having time to discuss it during the timeout after the previous play. It would’ve been a valid point if there were only 10 or so seconds left.
That makes that play even crazier.... Im still in shock by him doing that. Its one of the most bizarre plays ive seen
On top of that his brother is an NFL player. Good, sound, advice is only a phone call away, and from people who care about you and want you to succeed.

You guys see mullens comments on this? Wow. "I guess thats a penalty", then said "tonights game is on the offense". I dont know if he just gets emotional after the game but he had the perfect opportunity to lay into wilson but he just shrugged it off. Is that his style all the time?
Yeh if that were Norvell I’d be hoping this is an act in front of the camera but behind the scenes people’s throats are being ripped open.
Huh? Not a good look to “lay into” a player in a PC or publicly. You do that behind closed doors.
Agree, not in front of cameras as it will turn off potential recruits. But in the privacy of the coaches’ office.......
Well laying into your players is not a good look (see Jeremy Pruitt).
He could have said "we cant have those". Comments like that make it seem like its ok to do what he did. He was playing like he didnt know it was a penalty just to have his players back. I think this is one time where you set an example.
