I remember February. Times were good. The virus was contained. And Trump made these comments.
Feb. 10: “Now, the virus that we’re talking about having to do — you know, a lot of people think that goes away in April with the heat — as the heat comes in. Typically, that will go away in April. We’re in great shape though. We have 12 cases — 11 cases, and many of them are in good shape now.” — Trump at the White House. (See our item “Will the New Coronavirus ‘Go Away’ in April?“)
Feb. 14: “There’s a theory that, in April, when it gets warm — historically, that has been able to kill the virus. So we don’t know yet; we’re not sure yet. But that’s around the corner.” — Trump in speaking to National Border Patrol Council members.
I can't wait for this all to be over in a few days.

He's exactly right, everyone knows warmer weather will greatly improve recovery chances.
A friend emailed me the other day (a liberal in Austin, BTW), and she said she read a fascinating article on the Spanish Flu recently, and it talked about how during the outbreak, makeshift MASH hospitals were set up to deal with all the infected. She said that the patients would often go and sit in the sun while there.
The doctors found that those patients that went and sat in the sun, recovered faster. Natural Vitamin D as found in sunlight helps the body fight off viruses such as this.
I know all this, because I am a critical thinker and educate myself. Your knowledge is limited to whatever MSNBC tells you to think.

But yes, I did have to chuckle at how warmer weather will aid the nation's recovery from Chinese Virus. In fact, unseasonably warm and sunny weather would make the recovery even faster.
So every year you cheer on 'global warming', but if it happens this year, it will be a huge boost to Trump.

And that's completely normal. obama's disapproval rating was over 50% for almost his entire presidency.
