I think this is the 2020 bill that doesn't automatically register sex offenders that meet the following conditions:
1) 10-year age difference
2) Both parties "consent" (how does a 14YO consent?)
3) Victim age ranges 14-17
It's still an insane bill, I don't understand the reason for it.

A 24YO could statutorily rape a 14YO and an activist judge now has the power to not add that person to the sex offender registry.
Again...I just don't understand why.
Now, an 18YO and a 17YO is different, which is the justification they're using....so why make the age difference 10 years instead of 2 or 3?
That 10 years, from 15 to 25, alot of mental and physical development happens.
