I'm not 100% confident but I can admit that I would be (pleasantly) surprised if Biden wasn't POTUS on January 20th. Maybe not on July 20th but I digress, haha.
I haven't seen actual evidence but I would be lying if I told you that I didn't believe that this election was stolen from Trump. I have a feeling that it was...but a feeling isn't good enough and I suspect that we won't have proof, if there is indeed proof, by January 20th.
That said, I LOVE this country so unlike many on the left (and to be fair many on the right) the guy who is sworn in on inauguration day will be my president...just like Obama was and just like Clinton was. I think it's un-American to pretend otherwise. If the fraud is proven, now or a year from now, all bets are off and there will and should be consequences.

The more I look into these “bombshells,” the more obvious it is that it’s mostly smoke and mirrors that will have no impact on the outcome and are being dishonestly portrayed to the public as a big deal.
I confess that I haven’t reviewed the Sidney Powell stuff, but you can rest assured that everything is trumped up BS. It would not surprise me if the Sidney Powell stuff also turns out to be underwhelming.
Unlike Ghost, I actually read the cases and listen to the audio when available (primary sources). He just mindlessly reposts “scandalous” stories that he obviously has not closely examined.

I beg to diffuh, suh. Should Beijing Biden be sworn in on Jan. 20, no other candidate has ever been sworn in under such conditions in this country. This is not Venezuela or Southern Rhodesia.

You have ascertain exactly what she is asking from the court. Saying that votes can be changed without the voter’s knowledge is not the same thing as alleging that fraud actually occurred. Saying that a lock can be picked is not the same as alleging that a burglary actually took place.
The key is whether she claims that fraud actually took place, NOT that fraud could have theoretically taken place. Unless she has evidence that voter fraud took place, she has nothing, and it’s more smoke and mirrors, like every other Trump case.
You've already admitted that you haven't kept up with what she is claiming (But you did say you are dismissing it anyway), so you might want to actually listen to what she's claiming.
Hint: She's claiming voter fraud happened. Not simply someone's vote being accidentally changed.

You are listening to the liberal blogs when they incorrectly tell you what the court filings mean. That's why you believe that all Trump's lawyers are refusing to testify that there was voter fraud and why you think Trump has dropped all legal cases in PA and turned them over to Sean Hannity.

If you're right and she's only claiming that fraud could have taken place, you have nothing to worry about.
If Biden is made president the fraud and fix will be covered up and the evidence deep sixed. If the fraud is not stopped now it may never happen.
Honestly that’s the first thing I noticed too. I guess they can’t claim It’s disputed when it’s actually factually true, the election was overturned
It's absolutely a conundrum but I don't know how you accomplish any of this without destroying our republic. At a minimum we would need some seriously strong proof and a stay from SCOTUS or several state Supreme Courts.
If that occurs, Pelosi becomes acting POTUS...and that doesn't exactly alleviate our conundrum.
If we correct fraud then we heal our country if we don't then we lose it. The Dems have always cheated but this time they had to to do change the rules and still do massive cheating to get Biden over the finish line.
How does she become president? The house will vote for president if this gets deep sixed and we move past dec 14th. I just dont see them being able to put off that duty past Jan 20th. Heck she may not be speaker after Jan 3 2021. There are 31 GOP states.

I'm not disagreeing...I'm only thinking through what a legitimate process looks like.
I don't think we can save our republic by throwing out the rule book and doing whatever we want because we think it's politically expedient or less wrong than what the other side is doing.
I’m not worried about Biden not being president. I am worried that the majority of Trump supporters can’t see through his BS.
I may be wrong but I don't think this will be settled by a House vote and if the election isn't settled, the Speaker of the House becomes the acting POTUS.
You have an excellent point that Pelosi may not be the SOH...but that doesn't exactly solve our conundrum. If she isn't SOH, who will be? Probably not someone that we would like much better.
The most likely reason, as you well know, is that Trump will not allow this because it would be interpreted as an implicit acknowledgement that Biden won. Biden isn’t “raising hell” because he ran on a platform of being a mature adult and throwing tantrums would undermine this.
If you ignore election results without hard proof of fraud, that equals throwing out the rule book.
Now if SCOTUS or several state Supreme Courts stay the election, then that is another matter altogether.
