Why is the DOJ not looking at all and any fraud claims, one asshole whistleblower starts impeachment but many witnesses to election fraud and no hearings in the basement, WHY INDEED.?

Yours is a shoe on the other foot comment but Joe has his shoe and foot in his mouth most of the time.

Why don't you answer my question? Why isn't Florida being sued for the same reasons?
I'm assuming it's because they didn't have courts writing laws superseding the legislature. It's got more to do with that I think. Not really sure, but I think it's more than "suitcases full of ballots under the tables" stuff.

It's pretty GD simple moron. Florida didn't send out unsolicited ballots, verified voter ID, and did all this BY THE DAY OF THE ELECTION. Voter fraud was minimized and you see the result of that now don't you? 🤣
Hey stupid, the lawsuit was because they said a governor cannot change election rules. DeSantis changed THE rules in Florida STOP THE STEAL THROW OUT FLORIDA!!!!

Desantis didn't change crap you delusional fool. We had the same rules as we had in 2016, other than counting votes as they came in, rather than run around with heads up the asses the days and weeks after the election. You are a knuckle dragging, limp wristed zero. 🤣

The boot just makes it tougher. Must be why he introduced Becerra as Becheria yesterday, before his earpiece control said It's Buh-Serra you IDIOT.

Spectacular question. Now you’re talkin’. If you really think hard about it...you’ll figure it out...

What rules? We'll wait.
Seriously, the only thing DeSantis did was open early voting (in person) earlier than normal to allow less crowding and make people more apt to vote in person due to the pandemic. MountPissyGator is all butthurt about it because it reduced the capacity for mail in fraud and stolen votes. We can't have election integrity, nosiree!!

You just made my case. DeSantis changed rules regarding voting.
STOP THE STEAL, THROW OUT FLORIDA

He'a busy telling me in another thread that Ga legislators have to go by the state law over the Constitution.

Really? Perhaps welcher could back up this? Oh sure I kid.... he never does. Question : What clause in the Constitution are you referring to? Hint: be careful as the Const. says state legislatures MAY step in only for specific reasons.

And this qualifies as one of those reasons. They really need to add the facepalm emoji here.

Let me get this straight because I occasionally shop in Walmart and have two Bibles and four guns so I probably am stupid in your mind. Therefore explain to me why IF state legislatures have constitutional authority why are the elections in state where the BLUE governors changed the manner of the election laws WITHOUT the authority of law or the legislature.
The other irony is that the voting machines are from a company named Dominion............
which has the If you know the word domination, then you won't be surprised that dominion also has to do with a type of ruling over others. This is an old-fashioned and Biblical-sounding word for having power. A king has dominion over his kingdom. You'd never say the President has dominion, because we live in a democracy. Dominion implies more power than that — even absolute power. A dominion can also be an area or territory controlled by a larger country or state.
Hmmmmmmmmm....

Texas' motion to SCOTUS

"Non-legislative actors’ purported amendments to States’ duly enacted election laws, in violation of the Electors Clause’s vesting State legislatures with plenary authority regarding the appointment of presidential electors."

DeSantis has issued several executive orders regarding the election during Covid. Why aren't Florida's results being challenged?

Just thought it was time to correct the title. Maybe replace Texas to damn near Half of all the States

So once again, welcher has no evidence at all. LOL Typical. Or perhaps he can point out the specific remedies which are mentioned in the Constitution, the Ga. legislature would take up.

All I got is the Constitution, brother. And that's all that's needed.

Several AG's from different states in different parts of the country have joined, Nebraska being the latest.
If the end result - and we hope it's significant - turns out to be nothing more than SCOTUS forcing uniform voting guidelines for Federal level elections - the American electorate as a whole must have faith in the sanctity of the process.
Voters in Florida cannot be disenfranchised because Pennsylvanians can continue to have their votes counted ten days after Election Day with unsigned, undated ballots being accepted. It can nullify the votes of Floridians when bad actors in other states can so easily control the outcome of their vote totals.
Everyone knows this on both sides. Because it already happened.
