Why is Ketanji Brown Jackson writing opinions based on wrong information?

Jumanji is really not very bright. This won't be the last time we cringe at her ...
FYI, every judge made errors.

It's not about errors, you guys just don't like her.

Yes, everyone makes mistakes for sure.

She can't or won't define a woman for starters and it goes from there. I have seen nothing from her that tells us she's qualified In the least. She's on the SCOTUS to check boxes only.

I don't necessarily dislike her. I don't agree with her AND find her to be incompetent. I really dislike incompetence and despise serial incompetence. FWIW, I disagree w/ Kagan, but she's not incompetent. There is a difference ...

That's fair, I don't agree and find CT incompetent. I think he checks a box as well. I was just pointing out that if her "errors" are an indication of "not qualified", then you must not have been following the other 9 justices or the SC overall for that matter.

What box does CT check other than staunch conservative? That is really the only box that the right cares about.

like you say, everyone makes mistakes I just find her mistakes to be more voluminous and head scratching ...

Both are exceptionally bright, but both are very ideologically driven. Yes, we all make mistakes, even if your IQ is 140 to 160+.

Had KBJ said that there are two biological genders, the MSM and the Biden administration would have pulled her nomination immediately.

He was a selection by Bush 1, much like Reagan did with SDOC, to show that the Republican party was more than just a collection of white men.

ACB was selected to bring female balance to the court.

As a side note, it is interesting how many mixed raced families there are: KBJ, CT and ACB. (more?)

She’s an Affirmative Action hire just like Kamala, KJP & the crew…
You clearly don't know what affirmative action is. Affirmative action is about getting qualified people of color or gender.

Essentially, it's about finding people that are equal and deciding by color/gender.

Not really. It's giving those who are less qualified an opportunity that they would not ordinarily have. It's lowering the bar for those of under represented groups. The intent was to open access to qualified individuals, but that largely turned into lowering the bar in practice ...

That was never what it was about. Did it probably become that way? I am sure in some cases that is true but that was never it intent (which you stated).

Affirmative action is hiring someone less qualified to do a job because of their race, gender or sexual preference. It is EXACTLY how you get such a dud for a VP.

Quite confident she could define a woman, why would she bother it’s a ludicrous question. You’re bright enough to know gender and sex don’t always align, not a large percentage but still there. I don’t think brains are her problem, she is a bit too interested in things other than strict interpretation of the law….

First...she was asked in her hearing and COULD NOT.

Secondly, Say WHAAAAT?? So...let me ask you a question. When she dies, and they dig up her bones 100 years from now....what gender will SHE be then? You libs NEVER follow the science!! FOLLOW THE SCIENCE,son!!

She was asked by an idiot virtue signaling to her idiot base. She will be female sex. That was not the question nor was it the intent of the question. Hard conversation for me to have with a monkey. No offense

Yes, there are certainly partisan things at play, first and foremost, but she is still not smart ...

My of the leaders of the Democratic Party, based upon what these Leftists have done to our country, need to go to jail.

Biden, Obama, Kankles, , Adam Schiff, Lisa Monaco & many RINO’s are traitors!

Since Bork, all nominees are told to say as little as possible. Don't answer anything.

They really need to fix that process IMO.

Missed this but CT checked the black man after Thurgood box.

Remember 70% of black people supported his nomination AFTER the Anita Hill testimony.

Telling the truth often has consequences. Maybe she loses her nomination, maybe she doesn't...but for sure she would have retained a shred of her credibility and integrity.

Agreed. I would also hope that the black caucus would stand up for her.

So, it'd be OK if a company hired all white men as long as they're qualified?

I guess I have to ask tyhe very obvious. WHERE in our Constitution does it say that one race should get preferential treatment over another race when it comes to filling open jobs? I will stand by for our snowflakes to answer...however someone will have to copy and paste Kalims response, as his drivel trolling is blocked by me

This thread perfectly illustrates what a colossal failure of political pandering affirmative action is. Anytime you put together a team and talent and skill takes a backseat to skin color or some other trait, you have problems.

Just look at this board. A longer leash may be given to trolls like @RayGravesGhost @gator1776 @BSC911 @kalimgoodman etc because Heaven forbid we have an 'echo chamber' or bubble.
