All top teams have elite players and amongst those elite players are the 'DOGS' that set the tone by example and word. They have a never say die attitude, play with nastiness, never back down and generally set the tone in the weight room, practice, games and locker-room. Through the years we have had names like Rhett, Culpepper, Carter, Spikes, Siler, Pouncey's, Tebow and Haden that were big time DOGS.
