Is sadgator the only one who thinks the online version of gatorsports.com sucks?

They are SO slow to update and report on breaking developments. sadgator enjoys reading Dooley's perspective on stuff, but overall the reporting really lacks. Anywhere else to get any more up to minute type info?

you can find a ton of different outlets through twitter talk, with vids and the most updated material happening with recruiting and our program..

I used to keep up with our position battles for fall camp on Rivals here but Im not a subscriber anymore to read the insider articles...

Come on sad, I have a dozen or more Gator sources that I check on an almost daily basis. Any simple search will give you all you could need or want. After that, select whichever bias that suits your own perspective. ;)

Dooley's claimed inside info is wrong half the time it seems. He is last place I look for Gator info. These different forums sometimes have some good links or people that seem to know a little bit about what might be going on. I think the better ones are definitely more accurate than Dooley with their insider info claims.

ISO, Dooley normally has his finger pretty good on the atmosphere surrounding the program. He isn't always right, but sadgator always appreciates his insight and opinion. He is rarely unfairly critical nor is he a homer sunshine pumper.

For recruiting, I go by the Instagator rankings. UCLA at 7 is a complete joke! They should be ranked 9. Such precision.

Just giving you a hard time, IG.

Sorry in advance for blowing up this thread.

Anyone is free to deal with the numerous jerk posts, or they can just ignore them like I'm now doing... ;)

Here's one for ya sad:

Rivals.com National Recruiting Director Mike Farrell’s thought-provoking Three-Point Stance is here with a look at the top commitments of the last week, the next wave of top coaches in college football and five coaches in the SEC who could help fill the stardom void.

WR Jacob Copeland, Florida – Florida recruiting keeps on improving for 2018 and the momentum is off the hook. Copeland was expected, but his commitment could draw other top wide receivers and help with 2019 quarterback recruiting.

RB Dameon Pierce, Florida – The Gators add more offensive punch with a running back who can run with power but has good feet as well. He’ll help efforts in Georgia despite the fact that UGA wasn’t that interested.

Jim McElwain, Florida – The turnaround at Colorado State was impressive, but two SEC East titles in two years at Florida impresses me more. The offense hasn’t been good and ‘Bama has thumped them, but McElwain gets undue criticism.

Media predictions are rarely correct, no matter who they pick it seems.

Saturday Down South:
2017 Regular season prediction: 8-4 -- 5-3 SEC
Final Standings: 2nd in SEC East
(sounds familiar)
