Each chamber of Congress analyzes the President’s budget proposal and drafts a budget resolution setting overall spending levels.
   2. ~~ Give the President a LINE ITEM VETO and then you could blame the spending on Trump, at least for the last couple of budgets anyway. As it is, the Congress builds the budget and the President can only sign it or Veto it.

Agreed. If he was violating a law, arrest him. But police can’t go around assaulting citizens. And that’s what it was. An assault. He’ll win a lawsuit.

As far as bearing any responsibility, Sure, anyone out protesting has some risk. but I’m not sure he should if he was legally just standing there. In my brothers dept., they are getting sued for hitting some lady in the eye with a rubber bullet.

Do the protestors in Hong Kong bear any responsibility? What about the dude in Tiannamin Square about to be run over by a tank? Randy Weaver? Cliven Bundy? Some people’s viewpoint depends on the cause.

You don't know what you're talking about. Further, you don't even have enough context to understand why you're wrong.

If you're given a lawful order, you MUST follow it. We don't hold court on street corners or sidewalks. If you want to fight it, you'd better do that in court...not on scene where the order was given. On scene you do not get a vote. You should thank God that is the case. Our existence, while disgusting for some, separates you from people who would do you harm simply because they can. When people talk about the thin blue line, this is exactly what they are referring to.

If you are asked to back up and you close the distance between us instead, placing my hand on you is an appropriate response. This is stupid and a waste of time. You don't know where I'm coming from because you've never been in this situation.

What you're asking police to do, the restraint you're asking us to show, it's not viable for the enforcement of law and order.
