Looks like there may be no real coup attempt. I don't see how the head of Wagner escapes Putin's wrath eventually though. If he is really lucky he may be allowed to retire.
The thread never even claimed a coup attempt it was news links from last evening when the advance started

That Ukraine mess we created with CIA assistance etc. isnt helping the US except for the crooks still laundering payoffs through that money we are wasting. We had western Ukraine attacking that Donbass area since 2014 and that area prefers Russia over Ukraine. Western Ukraine will all their dead will hate us once this is over. Donbass wont be going back under the control of Ukraine.
Our involvemet in Ukraine isn't about being "war pigs" its about whether or not the conservative movement in America have become a Putin loving pro-Authoritarian party or not

Ukraine is just a way to keep the grift going for the politicians and the usual crooks financing them. When Russia was finally pushed to the point of going in to stop the attacks on that Donbass area Trump would have picked the phone up and told Zelensky to either stop the stuff or Russia is going to roll in there. With the normal crooks as POTUS we instead pushed Ukraine to mess with that area even more and talk about joining NATO etc.

As far as Taiwan goes it definitely has more importance than eastern Ukraine but though we should try to deter that from happening you cant start WW3 over China taking Taiwan. No matter how some people try to spin it the Ukraine and Taiwan situations are not comparable to Europe not responding to Hitler's early actions.

War is the LAST option when every diplomatic effort fails. It should only be an option in the most extreme circumstances. I didnt ask if he had served, I asked if he had been to war, and if you havent, you should be willing to be more thoughtful on the way you throw around making war. So this is very interesting...up until 10-15 years ago, conservatives generally supported wars overseas, and liberals were generally opposed to them. The rationale from the right was it's better to have those fights 'over there' instead of having them 'come here'. The left's rationale was let's spend that money here instead of there.
But now, the roles have flip-flopped. The right is generally against overseas wars, and the left loves them.
What changed?
We began to realize that the politicians in DC often use wars as a money-laundering scheme. As we have seen in Ukraine. We funnel billions to the Ukraine, they kick it back to us. Remember that FTX scheme? They are the ones that set up those 'donate to Ukraine' schemes, then we find out FTX is donating millions to all the dems and RINOs.
So when conservatives found this out, we became WAY more picky about which wars we support.
But when the liberals found out that DC was often using wars as a money laundering scheme.....suddenly they LOVED the wars! Hell remember when @sadgator claimed anyone that DIDN'T support Ukraine was a 'villain'? And if you didn't support Ukraine, you were really supporting Putin? He's not the only libber here that's claimed such.
This was a test. If you put America First, you are very cautious about supporting war efforts by politicians that have proved they view war as a money-laundering scheme.
But if you put your POLITICS first.....you suddenly love war. The more the better!
