If he’s telling the truth - keeping in mind that was just one small deal - Biden 100% used Hunter to set deals up and laundered the money through him. If what we’re told is true, all the evidence is on that laptop in emails. Emails from the VP regarding foreign policy/contact with foreign govt officials are highly classified. (This was the central issue with the Hillary server - as SOS her boss was Obama. Any email exchange between the two was automatically classified.)
