I read a poll the other day on the thoughts and feelings if the US were to get into another war. The poll was sorted by economic class. The lower class was low 60% to not go to war. Middle class was in the 40% to not go to war. The upper class was in the 20% range. Roughly 80% of the upper class wants to go to war. Why? They can work in tandem with NATO for their own security.
The U.S. needs to form a now and much needed TACTO.
The American / Caribbean Treaty Organization, encompassing the America's and the Islands.
North - Central - South - Caribbean in a combined group of Free Republics.
Doing so, over a period of adjustment time, would allow free travel between all of the members and would be the best way (imo) of dealing long term with our Southern border problems.
