Going back through the Rivals database (2002), this could be the first time UF has had back-to-back non top ten classes. Might be the first time since the 1980s. Very unexpected, especially in a head coach's second recruiting class.
I think Mac has us trending in the right direction. He is certainly a huge step up from the prior HC. We just need to pick up the recruiting next year. Maybe better recruiting assistants will be the answer. I would like to see a top 5 class that can have an immediate impact in 2018.
