If it's like any other congressional investigation nothing will happen.
The decision was reversed weeks ago. Seems like a late attempt to pile on.
Fuchs might be retired before Congress finishes the investigation.
Once they realize he got rid of the gator bait chant he’ll be forgiven
So they’ll get the university but not the Buffon of a governor that’s enabling all of it!?!? DeSantis praying UF doesn’t squeal like a pig on him or it’s not going to be pretty.
You think DeSantis is going to be taken down by the University of Florida not allowing a few professors to be paid for outside work? Not saying UF didn’t screw up here, but I doubt the Governor is concerned.
Sounds trivial, but that's what I'll always remember him for. Fuch a stupid ass decision. Hopefully the next president says how stupid that was and reimplements it.

UF is being accused of suppressing medical data that suggests masks in schools etc would be effective in fighting Covid 19. A complete opposite approach than the governors current one. Desantis claims he didn’t pressure UF to not release the documents but we shall find out.
This isn’t going to take down the Governor.
DeSantis is the man. Keep crossing your fingers though....
Seems like an attempt from the Democrats to try to see if UF throws Desantis under the bus and throws dirt out there especially since DeSantis is a strong candidate for Vice President and even President for 2024 elections. There are more pressing needs for Congress to be focusing on like worst inflation in 30 yrs, rising gas prices, unemployment, national debt, crime, unemployment, economy, upcoming recession…
I'm located in a different state and I can tell you that many other states wish they had DeSantis as their governor and you call him a buffoon? Never mind.
Don’t need a big study to find this out. Just look at schools with masks and without. Statically no difference in the amount of cases. Masks don’t work on a respiratory virus….period!

Yes and you should go too. We will wear the proper PPE when we go in the COVID positive rooms and you can just wear a mask….you’ll be fine
There were a handful of political science professors that were given the opportunity to testify during a case regarding voting and were supposed to be paid. UF said they couldn't do it/wouldn't be paid. They turned around and sued the University. At least that's the gest I've gotten.

Lol I do this everyday for a living and trust me my mask helps me more than any gown, gloves, or glasses. Sure you’ll look cute in that gown though.
If you do that for a living then you know good and well you don’t wear a cloth or surgical mask in that COVID room

In a day and age where parents are investigated by the FBI for holding school boards accountable this is absolutely “worthy” of congressional investigation
It’s effectively anti-DeSantis so it’s fodder for a political spectacle. @gator1776, @Swamp_Thing was close enough. Three UF professors were initially barred from serving as expert witnesses against the State in a voting rights case. Wow, that’s really amazing. Not what’s happening at the University but the fact that @Swamp_Thing was close to being right. That hardly ever happens.
Of course he’s a Navy chief so we have to make him believe that he’s right and that he actually runs the Navy 🙄🙄🙄
