Democrats wanted hundreds of billions more in spending more than Mnuchin and Trump. It is also laughable that Democrats had such confidence on "crushing the virus" and a focus on removing all cases, which turned out to be a profoundly expensive folly. Even Xi finally came to that recollection.
Trump is no fiscal conservative, to be clear, but saying that he is worse than the Democrats is simply ahistorical and wrong - and you know it.
