Trump mass deportations

Per ChatGPT Clinton deported 1.87 million in his 8 years. Still a lot but not that ridiculous number. I know it’s hard not to post incorrect info. I’m guilty myself.
ChatGPT is lying to you. I plugged in this question to Grok and here's the answer I got:

"During Bill Clinton's presidency (1993–2001), approximately 12.3 million immigrants were deported, with 93% classified as "returns" (voluntary departures without formal legal proceedings) and the rest as "removals" (formal deportations based on court orders). This figure includes both enforcement and administrative returns, primarily at the U.S.-Mexico border. The numbers reflect policies under the 1996 Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act and the Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act, which expanded deportation criteria and enforcement. Annual removals averaged about 143,000, with a total of roughly 870,000 formal removals over his two terms. These figures come from Department of Homeland Security data and analyses by the Migration Policy Institute."

It sounds like ChatGPT is telling you that only the 7% who were arrested and deported count, and they aren't counting the vast majority who self-deported to avoid being arrested.

This is why we keep saying you are getting bad and biased information from bad and biased sources.

Depends on your definition of deportation. As noted, “returns “ are listed in Grok, not ChatGPT. Technically, a return was turned back, not rounded up and sent back.

In this case it's someone who volunteered to leave instead of being forced to, The end result is the same, and you know that, but your narrative and politics is more important to you than reality.

Carry on.

ChatGPT was 100% wrong on the definition of double pneumonia, just like it was on this.

Arrest the bastards and frog 🐸 march them to jail

Nashville cant get their act together and keep electing libtards.

BTW I was over in Green Hills Sunday.

The place was as congested as ever. The Boro got a Trader Joes so that is one less reason to go over there!

My son got recognized for earning his Eagle by the council and then we did lunch at Carrabbas.

BTW: double pneumonia IS infection of both lungs. Never in my experience nor ANY reference is it defined as more than one organism. So there’s that….
This is completely wrong but if you choose to believe it, that’s fine with me

I realize the Internet says that so and it must be more accurate than a pulmonologist that was trained by Steven Sahn and John Heffner

And just for clarity to a pulmonologist pneumonia both lungs are simply referred to as bilateral pneumonia is differentiated into community care, pneumonia, or hospital acquired, pneumonia, and treated accordingly.

The concept of double pneumonia, reinfection pneumonia, typically follows an influenza infection, followed by a secondary staph pneumonia that often develops 7 to 14 days later and is frequently very severe because the entire airway cells have been denuded by the influenza infection, making them more prone to get staph because they have lost all their mucocillary clearance mechanisms

But if you don’t believe me, why don’t you go to up-to-date and type in double pneumonia, and see what you find, you won’t find anything, because it’s not a medical phrase it’s a misused Laymans phrase. When used correctly it most accurately describes the situation documented above with secondary infection, particularly after influenza.

What has the worst prognosis @G8trDad3 multi lobar pneumonia or bilateral pneumonia?
Please notice and know where is the phrase double pneumonia used, lol. By the way, here’s a hint.

The presence of three of these criteria warrants ICU admission:

•Altered mental status

•Hypotension requiring fluid support

•Temperature <36°C (96.8°F)

•Respiratory rate ≥30 breaths/minute

•Arterial oxygen tension to fraction of inspired oxygen (PaO2/FiO2) ratio ≤250

•Blood urea nitrogen (BUN) ≥20 mg/dL (7 mmol/L)

•Leukocyte count <4000 cells/microL

•Platelet count <100,000/microL

•Multilobar infiltrates

Crickets, lol

(Sorry, I did not intentionally derail this thread. I was pointing out, as many others would the low value of some statistics. )

Not going to buy the book.
You are obviously a special specialist. If I ever get double pneumonia I’d want you to treat me. (Not being sarcastic.)
Your specialized knowledge is crucial for managing complex cases while my role involves coordinating comprehensive care and managing chronic conditions. I wonder when you last removed a skin cancer, performed a Pap smear, managed long term care of hypertension, heart disease or diabetes, diagnosed prostate, breast or colon cancer. I’ll bet I see 5-10 times more patients per week than you do. You deserve a lot of admiration for what you do. You have saved countless lives in critical situations. It is sad you do not seem to respect your PCP colleagues.

I recall being taught double pneumonia was both lungs. Two or more organisms is a polymicrobial infection. Obviously you are the expert. I have not found any reference to the contrary. Please show one where I don’t need to buy the book.

Polymicrobial infection actually means something else.
The concept of double pneumonia is unique situation usually following influenza infection with a secondary pneumonia that develops one to two weeks later.
Poly microbial infection indicates multiple infectious organisms at the same time.
The two are not the same thing.

Sometimes it’s all boils down to semantics.

I appreciate what you’re saying and we don’t need to be labor the point. I’m just always amused when phrases get misused over and over again they almost start taking a different meeting than what they are originally used for.

Appreciate the response
