Just because he’s afraid of retaliation from a rival gang, everyone says he’s in a gang and he has the gang insignia tattooed on his finger, doesn’t mean he’s in a gang.
I use the same logic with police officers. If I get pulled over, just because the guy says he’s a cop, is dressed like a cop, has a valid ID and is driving a cop car, doesn’t mean he’s a cop.

And, the "protective order" or whatever the DEMS are calling it, and they keep saying means that he could not be deported, is wrong. It actually says he can not be deported to El Salvador. BUT, the President of El Salvador said that the rival gang he was afraid would kill him is no longer active in El Salvador, meaning he can now be deported to El Salvador. It's really sad. The DEMS/MSM do not care about this guy and they don't care about Due Process, it's just that someone in the Trump Admin publically stated he was deported by mistake, so it gave the DEMS/MSM something to jump on.I've said this before.
