Trump mass deportations

Show me where a judge agreed and labeled him as MS-13....
Two seperate judges declared him to be a member of MS-13.

Two seperate judges declared him to be a member of MS-13.

Every lib here believes no judge has declared him a member of MS-13.

And poor @kalimgoodman is the worst about claiming Trump supporters only listen to Fox and Fox lies. LOL

Name of the judges?

You didn't watch the clip.

Let me Cliff Notes it for you:
Deportation orders: A judge has said he MUST be deported from the country. So two options, he's taken to his home country or another country.
Withholding order: He cannot be deported. But there's not a blanket withholding order on him. Only a restriction on deporting him to El Salvador due to fears for his safety.

This man had his day in court and a judge issued a Deportation order. So 1) he had his day in court, and 2) if we brought him back he'd just be deported again, presumably to another country where he's not a citizen. Why do that?

Your due process argument, and anyone else making that argument, is ignorant at best.
Your own words. Hence why he needs due process to go against that order.

So you want him brought back and deported to another country?

That deportation order has been given by a judge in a court proceeding.

How much more due process do you want this gang banging wife beater to have?
Unlike you, I actually believe in the constitution. So that means even people I hate and awful men like him, should be afford the protections under it.

When you start cherry picking who and when to follow the constitution for, you're opening up a slippery slope. You're always setting a precedent for the next president. Remember that.

That was the point Joe Rogan and so were pointing out and trying to explain.

If you guys can't understand that or refuse to because you're afford to go against Trump then I can't help you.

You act like he didn’t have his day in court.

He’s had several. At worst an order from a judge was violated, but he had a deportation order and he was deported.

I don’t know what else you want.

Using your words. An order from the judge was violated and the Supreme Court affirmed that order. That doesn't bother you?

No because Bondi made it clear in the presence of the El Salvadoran President that we would facilitate his return. That means we’d fly a plane there to pick him up. (Presumably to be deported somewhere else due to the deportation order)

He refused and said it made no sense to “smuggle” a criminal illegal immigrant El Salvadoran citizen into the US.

Did you not see that press conference?

You could have issued the same order and it would have carried just as much weight.

A district court judge cannot tell the President how to set national immigration policy. That power lies with the Executive branch, as defined by the Constitution.

The left is ignoring the Constitution here, as they always do.

No one who follows the Constitution cares about this order.

You clearly do not, because you are siding with the activist judge here, when their order violated the Constitution.

Additionally, Marbury v Madison found that any law that runs counter to the Constitution is NULL AND VOID.

Get ready to brush up on that case and its implications.

The only place he couldn't be deported was El Salvador. But the gang he claimed was threatening to him (this is the part where he admitted to being MS-13 in court, he was a gangbanger afraid of gang violence) has been disbanded.

Ergo, sending an El Salvadorian citizen to his home country was safe.

Where you this mad when Obama killed a US citizen on foreign soil with a drone strike? I can't recall you ever bringing that up.
Or when Obama deported more people than any President in history, magically the left was fine with it. Courts too. Zero times a court stepped in to try to step Obama. It was one of the few good things he did.

Two seperate judges declared him to be a member of MS-13.

It’s really a moot issue. The issue is “is he here illegally?” No. Ok great. Yes. Bye

How about when Clinton sent armed ICE agents into a residential home to extradite a 5 YO boy who survived a boat sinking and losing his mother back to Cuba.

If Trump did that there’d be riots in the streets.

I ask you again what part of the United States Constitution ensures that illegal aliens, not citizens of our country, are entitled to multiple trials before their deportation when they already have two deportation orders?
As somebody posted above, there’s clear evidence that they had deportation orders.
So what part of the constitution or the Bill of Rights ensures a minimum of three deportation orders before your deported?

I’ll wait for an intelligent answer from somebody beside you because we all know you’re not going to give one

When has a liberal ever let the truth or facts get in the way of twisting reality to fit their bullshit ideology
Lol
But I love it

What? Do you know how stupid this sounds? You can't possibly believe the shit that you write. You can't be that gullible.

I'll ask you directly, do you think if Trump asked for him to bring Garcia back, the El Salvador president would say no? You do understand how weak that make Trump look as he gives him 6 million.

I literally posted something from Scalia. You just don't like the answer because it doesn't suit your biased opinion.

Illegal immigrants have constitutional rights, just as citizens.

Ignoring the fact that he’s already had two judges put deportation orders in on him. So I say again, what further due process Ignoring the fact that he’s already had two judges put deportation orders in on him. So I say again what further due process is guaranteed under the constitution for a non-citizen who’s already got two court order deportations?

Again, I will not wait for a good answer because you don’t have one

As expected, he did not answer the question or argue the points because he has no real argument. Yet another unintelligent answer from.Kal

He posted something from Scalia. If you keep asking him to defend it past that, you risk going on 'fake ignore'.

Stick to medicine.

You clearly don't understand due process. I gave you factual information on why his due process is being violated but you don't care for it because youre mind is made up.

You're missing it. Do you understand how bad it makes you and your party look that you were asking for a MS-13 gang member who was a citizen of El Salvador to be returned to the US after he broke the law here?

The President of El Salvador even clarified your position: "You are asking me if I will smuggle a criminal from my country to the United States? What a preposterous request. No, I will not do that!"

Enjoy the midterms.

You know the sad thing is I think I probably understand this issue better and understand the law better than you do and I am a doctor. That should really be embarrassing for you.
But since you aren’t capable of self-awareness, I’m sure it won’t be.

You repeated lefty talking points that are factual inaccurate.

What you want is to violate the Constitution. Trump refused. Eat it.

This all plays into Trump‘s hands anyway, the liberal spin hours upon hours defending MS 13 while Trump transforms the government, saves the economy, which will take time, and deals with the world‘s terrorist
