Yes, we are aware of that. The way he was deported was incorrect and the DOJ admitted that in court.
In order to send him back to El Salvador, they would need the order changed...due process.

No, the DOJ said the lawyer that made that claim in court was wrong, and that's why he was fired.
The MS-13 gang member got his due process. He is an illegal, that means he broke the law, and he got deported.

Ok, then prove it in court. He hasn't been convicted of anything. Do you not understand how due process works? Well to help you, the federal government can accuse anyone of anything, it is on them to prove it in court and you have the right to defend those allegations.

He's been in immigration court twice. He had his due process. He was in this country illegally, and that's why he was deported.

And not 1 single DEM/Independent poster on this site ever said ONE WORD about the Due Process or should I say the lack there of for the J6 protestors, and they were US Citizens, and sat in jail for years. Here we have an illegal alien, who broke our laws by merely entering this Country, whether or not you believe he is a gang member (I believe the Government and the Police who say he is, and I believe the man himself when he said he couldn't go back to El Salvador for fear that a rival gang will kill him), and the DEMS/MSM now care about due process.

Let me Cliff Notes it for you:
Deportation orders: A judge has said he MUST be deported from the country. So two options, he's taken to his home country or another country.
Withholding order: He cannot be deported. But there's not a blanket withholding order on him. Only a restriction on deporting him to El Salvador due to fears for his safety.
This man had his day in court and a judge issued a Deportation order. So 1) he had his day in court, and 2) if we brought him back he'd just be deported again, presumably to another country where he's not a citizen. Why do that?
Your due process argument, and anyone else making that argument, is ignorant at best.
