I prefer none of this to happen to any children ever, but we are at the point whether needs to be accountability and repercussions for those who make these decisions.

By the way, these are the same people who are telling you that if someone breaks into your house, you should call 911 and someone will be there in 45 seconds to a minute, forgetting that someone with a gun takes about three seconds to kill the homeowner. They just don't care it needs to be more personal for them.
