Treon taking shots at Nuss after game?

Um so where is he now?

and while Nuss sucks, Treon could throw 4 yards to open receivers on a slant directly in front of him.

Interesting that Google denies his existence since July 27th but now he pops back up.

Rumors he may go to SC

Yeah, our offense is set and we will not tweak it to take advantage of your qb's strength. Blame Treon all you want but he was placed in a no win situation. Yes, I heard Mac will keep his offense and will not change it to fit someone's strength. Well, that paid huge dividends. Treon the drop back passer, lol.

Who in the world would even bother to read what some chump failure says he thinks? And even worse, why bring it here for a re-post???

I know, you brought it here so's I'd have something else to denigrate today... ;)

Thank-you so much!

He comes off looking petty but he's not wrong. I said this last year when everybody wanted to put 100% of the blame on him for the lack of offense. He was never gonna be a great or even really good college QB but he could have been serviceable with any coaching. Roper averaged 30 ppg with him as a true freshman and a year later we're struggling to score 10 points vs Vandy or score two TD's vs FAU.

It was never the QB and I said that when the same staff let Grier take a beating for three quarters vs UT until he willed the team to victory or when he took a beating vs. UK when they were sending zero blitzes and we did nothing to counter and ending up scoring a sorry 14 points against them. We don't do a whole lot to help our QB. We just ask them to take straight drops behind a bad line with multiple reads and no easy completions. You watch some of these other teams and when the QB is off or the rush is getting to him they have easy dump offs on drags, middle screens, etc to get them in a rhythm. But not us. They either sink or swim.

See and this is why it always seems like you think Treon could be a awesome.

It shouldn't. I've said since 2014 he didn't have the talent to be good or great. But coaching definitely put him in situations to look worse. Just like I don't think LDR or Appleby is worth a damn either but they're put in no win situations all the time too. It's all related...bad QB play and bad playcalling.

Lately, for the most part, they've been sinking like they were hooked up to a down rigger.
