Virginia swimmers unite, speak out after biological male pulls Lia Thomas, tries to join team

Such a minority sees this as acceptable...yet they still push the HELL out of it

Women everywhere should do this. Just refuse to compete with a biological male. That's how they can put a stop to this particular insanity.
Absolutely. Women should give up their sports. That's the only sensible solution. Let the perverts win.

Maybe a better solution is liberals get some morality and stand up to the perverts and tell them to FO? I thought libs claimed to support women?

As always, when it comes time for libs to back up their words, they cave to perverts.

But liberals desperately need the transgender and pervert votes.

Funny story. The party you support, supports this nonsense.
They don't just support it they want to normalize it and shove it down our throats. These schools have an agenda, and they will not stop until they foist it upon us in every way possible.

I don't understand why women in their entirety have not objected to this ridiculousness.

fortunately, people like illegal shift, think about these things differently than the rank and file, and in my opinion, should be commended for it ...

Agree, liberals should stop trying to shove this down our throats. That's the correct and moral path.

However, absent the above, women should stop participating. Participating is tacit support and this crap is destroying their sport. To save their sport, kill it.

That’s funny.

Going to do laundry and wash some socks. Have a good day sir.

You should practice keeping silent more often.

That way people will just assume your a fool, instead of you opening your mouth and removing all doubt.
Got any original content, or are catch phrases of others your way of TRYING to sound intelligent?

Again, The Tranny push in sports comes from the party YOU support. The Tranny push on kids comes from the party YOU support. It is what it is. Which is….mental illness.

So again, instead of having women like my daughter, quit something they love….

Maybe you should be telling the party you belong to….to knock it off.

Its very simple. I chose not to waste my time. There are plenty of people who post stuff worth reading, so why waste time with those who prove otherwise. I have better things to do.
*choose

And I asked a simple question. You “chose” ad-hominem.

Seems pretty rank and file to me.

Women should definitely do something, but if they all stop participating, the left will happily rebrand women's sports to 'trans sports' and go on, not caring if women have to sit at home or not.

One thing to consider here Fresno.....read though the thread.....didn't take a wrong turn until "Russell the Wonder Muscle" came in with something inaccurate and stupid directed at me. I don't even know who the guy is and don't recall ever having a conversation with him. So I called a spade a spade. Sometimes its warranted.
Russell contributes to many threads here. You can disagree sans the name calling. I'm sure of it ...

You CHOSE ad hominem. TWICE now. I don’t make the rules, I just abide by them. Interesting test to see if the rules mean anything here. We shall see I suppose. Either way, it’s captured for posterity.

This is the Deal: Please Read

The sad part is, it came after a mod went to bat for you. And….after you admitted you hadn’t even interacted with me before. So you just came out guns blazing, directly to ad hominem.

As a father of two daughters, I could not agree more

cultural Marxism is ripping at this country

Remember this is the same guy that implied he was gonna put Fresno on Ignore if he didn't shape up....then backtracked when Fresno pointed out that he couldn't LOL

Here is where I stand. And this video does a good job in describing the poles:

There are four dominant political ideologies:

1. Liberalism - this is where I stand. A "Jack Kemp" supply sider as Ghost most perceptively noted about 2 years ago.
2. Marxism/Socialism - this is what I fear the most
3. Conservatism - depending on what your are "conserving" this could be good or bad.
4. Nationalism - can be a variant of all of the above. It needs to be done in service of protecting #1.

Remember my #1 and continuing political issue: Immigration

Why? Because it is using #1s key tenet, democracy, to tilt the field to allow for voting to allow for socialism. (read: "Browning of America")

Many on this board fall into #3 and #4.

We come together (read: "scared, that makes two), because in order to protect #1, we ally around #3 and #4, which for me means gun rights (by the way - arm the 1,000 plus isrealies who were literally stolen from their homes with AR-15 and watch Hamas pay for their treachery. It also means - where we disagree is on abortion rights for the first 20-24 weeks of gestation. Why? Because it puts the government over the rights of the individual. (it also means that we lose elections and powerful majorities which only hurt us in stemming #2. I also am not going to lose elections over a marxist/socialist wanting to abort a baby at week 14.)

It means that I favor strong anti-monopoly enforcement (I actually credit Lina Khan here from the Biden administration). It means that while I think that Gaetz potentially hurt the Republican movement, the "why" he did it, I totally get. Crushing debt means that the state has no other option than to turn us into a socialist or authoritarian state through massive increases in taxation and nationalizing of business.

(side note - this is what is interesting about MDF. I get his take on Trump driving fiscal challenges, but how in the world is the left any better?)

#3 and #4 is also why there is talk of a "National Divorce". The coasts are turning into Canada. Trudeau and Newsome are far more similar than GN and DeSantis, as an example. I grew up in NYC - I know.

There you go.

Fiscal conservatives hate Trump's fiscal policies. While I don't agree with their concerns, I understand why they have them.

Trump is one of the most successful businessmen on the planet. He looks at America, and he sees we have amazing economic potential, that's being totally wasted. He sees we are behind on everything.

So his mindset is, let's spend upfront on fixing the things we are the most behind on. Then we can not only improve the areas we are behind on, we will begin to tap into our economic potential. It's basically 'you gotta spend money to make money'. Pay something upfront to get the economic ball rolling, then the profits start to flow in, and future improvements pay for themselves from the past generated profits.

Dems saw this was the plan, and did everything they could to throw economic roadblocks in the way. Such as covid and lockdowns. Debt spirals out of control as we need stimulus to help combat the Chynaaaah virus.

Fiscal conservatives believe pay the debt down first, before anything else. Trump thinks leverage the debt to spend your way out of debt.

For 99.9% of politicians, that's a recipe for disaster. But Trump actually cares about America, and is already a billionaire. So he will actually use the money to save America.

I get why fiscal conservatives don't like Trump's method, but I think their concerns, as are most all concerns about Trump, very short-sighted.

And since you're the arbiter of right and wrong not to mention "the truth," we're good here, right?

Some people might call your entire train of thought close minded and ill-considered...but you'll have to take that up with them.

Remember this is the same guy that implied he was gonna put Fresno on Ignore if he didn't shape up....then backtracked when Fresno pointed out that he couldn't LOL

He has a very high opinion of his opinion. If his opinion wasn't right, he wouldn't have that opinion. Duh.

Right, lets do that, lets see what the rules mean. Here is what started this thing.....your words:

"Funny story. The party you support, supports this nonsense."

Which is wrong and is obviously directed at me without any provocation whatsoever. I have been a moderate republican my whole adult life. And its funny that someone I have never interacted with makes this statement on a thread where I am clearly supporting a conservative position without any controversy at all. So naturally my assumption is that Russ is simply one of the Trump knuckleheads who believes anybody who doesn't worship at the alter of the Donald must be a democrat. So my first post was in response to this lie that for some reason he felt compelled to tell about me. Is this just an opinion Fresno? I would think that on "this" board calling someone a democrat, who isn't and has never been a democrat, would be pretty much in the same ballpark as calling them a dipshit. So the ad hominem attack started with Russell, not the fiction he is spinning above to try and save face. And he followed up with this:

"Again, The Tranny push in sports comes from the party YOU support. The Tranny push on kids comes from the party YOU support. It is what it is. Which is….mental illness."

Another lie.

So....what are the rules. Its all right there.....he took the first personal shot out of the blue and I responded. Is it OK for him to lie about me without any provocation but not OK for me to say something in response?
The rules that lead to an automatic ban?

Lets ask @FresnoGator since you have gone ad-hominem multiple times. I haven’t called you any names. I was willing to let it go, but since you want to keep pressing it….

See pinned post by Jason. Here is the deal: PLEASE READ.

Here is a direct quote from that post:

“So, with that said, ANY name-calling and you are gone, plain and simple.”

That IS the rule. Whether it’s enforced or not, who knows? 🤷‍♂️

Again, I don’t make the rules.

Yes, IF brought to Jason's attention, it would bring about a ban. I'm not sending it to him in-season, he's busy enough. Enforced? Consider this a warning ...

But lying is OK.

Look, I am out of here anyway so it doesn't matter. But I just want to be clear before I go.

OK for him to lie about me (and start the whole thing by doing so), but not OK for me to call him a name in response. That's the rule?
What are you talking about? The History is on here. More times than not, your support leans left from what I have seen.

Seems like if that wasn’t the case, you could have just responded with….

I don’t support the left. 🤷‍♂️

Calling you a Dem is not "a lie", it's a presumption, which you are welcome to correct.

I'm done addressing this. Just drop it, please ...

Not true. You neglect the most obvious thing right off the top and that's the fact that this board leans very hard to the right. Trust me when I am with Liberals they don't like my positions either. I voted for Ronald Reagan, both George Bushes, John McCain and Mitt Romney. If I had to vote right now for anybody in the race it would probably be Nikki Haley (but Trump would be last on my list).

The vast majority of my time on here has been disagreeing with the endless Trump lies, not political positions.
