Unbelievable and its sad how these lefty DA's abuse their positions to push politics. They will ruin someone the best they can by charging mess like this even though they know their chance for a conviction on that charge is basically zero.

Also we know you can indict a ham sandwich with a grand jury if you want to but these clowns will act like that meant they made the charge correctly.

With so many attacks as well as killing Asians in New York, I'd GTFO of that cesspool of state ASAP. Sure as hell won't help to defend yourself there. Otherwise the victims will still get arrested.

Even the woke mayor seemed pissed about it. Don't exactly remember the comment but it was was along the lines of "how do I throw the DA under the bus without driving it myself?" The DA should be removed from office.
