Yes...anyone blocking roads needs to be arrested on the spot. I do not care who they are. However..it is more the people who support little sissies (democrats) that are the ones blocking roads.

In Alabama...Alabama Code Title 13A. Criminal Code § 13A-11-7
(a) A person commits the crime of disorderly conduct if, with intent to cause public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm, or recklessly creating a risk thereof, he or she does any of the following:
(1) Engages in fighting or in violent tumultuous or threatening behavior.
(2) Makes unreasonable noise.
(3) In a public place uses abusive or obscene language or makes an obscene gesture.
(4) Without lawful authority, disturbs any lawful assembly or meeting of persons.
(5) Obstructs vehicular or pedestrian traffic, or a transportation facility.
(6) Congregates with other person in a public place and refuses to comply with a lawful order of law enforcement to disperse.
***note (5)...and though I'm not an expert on law in other states, I'd be surprised if blocking traffic wasn't similarly against the law.

BTW, blocking traffic is a Title 23 Violation in Florida...like a speeding ticket.

Tell that to the hoard of people who got a night in the Duval County Iron Bar Hotel. They were blocking the Hart Bridge during the Michael Brown protest and the police drove them like cattle to the bottom of the bridge. Conveniently, the jail is walking distance from there. 😂
