There's no true justice in America right now

The Democrats went ahead and decided to thank Floyd for his service and sacrifice to their cause. That’s weird though because there are two ways to sacrifice. I can sacrifice myself voluntarily or others can sacrifice me for their gain. I wonder which one they meant?

Here is what I don't under stand. 2nd degree murder involves intent to kill/murder, 3rd degree murder is unintentional. How can he be guilty of both??? I guess he intended to unintentionally kill him. I didn't watch much of the trial, but never read or heard anyone talk about intent.
In today's times good is bad and bad is bad but that is good.

Intent not required on 2nd degree murder.

Sort of...
According to Minnesota’s state statutes, a person can be charged with second-degree murder under two conditions. First, if the person “causes the death of a human being with intent to effect the death of that person or another, but without premeditation." Second, if the person causes the death “while committing or attempting to commit a drive-by shooting."
Those two scenarios come under the headings of intentional murder or drive-by shootings in the Minnesota statutes.

But what they got him on was (like you said)...

A person also can be charged if a death is caused without intent “while intentionally inflicting or attempting to inflict bodily harm upon the victim, when the perpetrator is restrained under an order for protection.”

I guess they determined that Floyd was "restrained".

Hopefully the circuit court reviewing won't be a cuck like Roberts.

I believe the comma after "victim" and before "when" denotes two different cases for 2nd Degree Murder.

Intentionally harming that causes death...

...and...

...causing death to a victim that has a restraining order against the perpetrator.

I'm not 100% sure on that but I believe that is the case.

The sickest? Polosi praising a career criminal.
What's rich is that she praised him for being a martyr for social justice. Thank you George Floyd for dying for the narrative. You really really can't just make this shit up.

I know. I couldnt believe that speech she made. If that was a republican, can you imagine the outrage. He was not a war hero that layed on a hand grenade to save lives.
