I agree 100%, it’s pretty conclusive what they were doing. We had the same situation in Wisconsin and Michigan, but they weren’t caught red handed with surveillance tapes. Nevada now has undeniable fraud. These two states with PA gives Trump the win, and Michigan looks to have a strong case for Trump.
Dems being awfully quiet. And they should be. The fix was in, they got caught.
It is very clear that now is the time for change in our voting process.
We have to push this.
We need a system where people vote 1) in person 2) with an ID and 3) feed the ballot into the scanner themselves.
This may require a 2-3 day election process but we cannot let the Dem simply tweak the system time and time again for their benefit.

Each vote that was knowingly illegally counted, altered or destroyed is a felony. If criminal cases are drawn after all of this civil litigation all 4 of these people will live the rest of their lives in jail.
The problem with a criminal conviction, however, is the burden of “beyond a reasonable doubt”...vs the civil standard of “preponderance of evidence”.
In other words a criminal conviction will take a lot more evidence (and likely one of these people will have to flip and snitch).

...the problem is that you have to have indisputable evidence as to what was in those suitcases and that the intent of the 'after hours counting' was to commit fraud.
Is counting ballots with no supervision a felony? Or will they just claim that they wanted to finish up rather than come back. Otherwise, they will lawyer up...and tell prosecutors to prove intent and prove those ballots were for Hiden. In that case no one will flip.
Well ballots are supposed to have sig verify, address verify, postmark verify and observers. Unlike a person who is innocent until proven guilty ballots are invalid until proven legal. I hope all involved remember that the process is about validation.
100%. There are 2 issues here.
1) invalidation of illegal or unverifiable ballots
2) criminal prosecution of fraud
IMO this video goes a long way into proving #1 but not #2.
We all want the rightful winner in the WH and any fraud to be prosecuted. If we don't prove #2 then we may not get real election reform and the Dem will simply tweak the rules to make #1 unprovable (ie remove cameras from the room).

You have to prove intent/motive and that's going to be tough. All they have to claim is "they didn't know" and you have to prove they did.

I agree but per the constitution for federal and state elections, the ballots that were counted in GA without observers are to be null and void. The problem you now run into is how to identify those ballots which is impossible at this point as they are inserted with the legal votes.
In this scenario, i can see it going three ways:
1. GA Governor, Sec of State and legislation do nothing and the Trump legal team filing a lawsuit and hope that it goes through the courts to the SCOTUS. Keep in mind that the lawsuit could be a criminal and not civil with the amount of fraud that they have uncovered.
2. You invalidate the entire state election, no electorates would be given to Trump or Biden due to fraud.
3. The GA legislation takes control of the electorate and awards the votes themselves (think PA in this scenario).

indict anyway and let a jury decide if pulling boxes from under desks after observers are removed does or does not show intent to commit a crime. I know how I would vote on such a jury.

This is a good point. The gov made a massive about face on this issue yesterday and ordered a full signature match/audit and that will likely uncover so much more fraud.
Trump won GA and it will fall. But I still think NV is first. The evidence in NV is insane. You have a whistleblower deemed important enough that the judge issued an order to conceal his name testify under oath that the thumb drives with votes on them were being logged out overnight, then logged back in in the morning to the counting laptops with totals changed. All of these drives were serial numbered, none of them encrypted and there was no password protection of the laptops. Votes were literally disappeared overnight with zero chain of custody.
Furthermore, they found over 40k voters who voted twice in NV and 130k votes had their signatures machine-verified which is in direct violation of NV election law.
The judge will rule in favor of Trump this morning then it's headed to the state SC.
AZ is not far behind NV.
The dominoes are falling, keep the faith and hold the line. This week will be the week we all look back on as when the tide turned.
(I didn't even mention massive litigation in MI, WI and PA that is still active and just as impactful)
I want to watch the whole thing and aside from being fat and out of shape and breathing really heavy I’m not quite following, was she doing something illegal? I assume are saying she’s in an absentee ballots illegally?
