Why is the establishment pushing for this suddenly? To hear them tell it, Hiden takes over in 13 days. The impeachment process will take longer than that.

Why would they do this? I thought we were supposed to come together as a country? How does a failed attempt to impeach a President that at least 75M Americans voted for, help with that cause?

Because you’ve heard it in here and all corners. They believe Trump supporters are cultists. If they cut off the head of the snake everything goes back to the way they want it. No matter how many times it’s explained to them they get wrapped around this “head of the snake” mentality.

The only reason I voted for Trump in ‘16 was because of Hilary. I thought both candidates were a f’n joke but figured why not go with the outsider that can shake up the establishment at the very least. Well son of a bitch he did it. All those jobs that needed a magic wand started coming back and the economy sky rocketed. People hated that he didn’t do it while smiling at them and making them want to have a beer with him. Too many people vote on who they want to invite into their homes, we’re a weak society that has prioritized words over actions. That isn’t politics, that’s observable life around us. It’s why some sissy frat kid says the n-word and his life is ruined but punch a girl in the face and you get a slap on the wrist. Both of those things are terrible but one is way worse than the other. A small part of me likes Ted Cruz but I’m not trying to have a steak dinner with that f’n dork.

These people do not realize that Trump isn’t the cause of the turmoil, it’s been brewing for years. He was elected to combat the never ending verbal assault on people that grew tired of watching their jobs go overseas or killed off with overreaching environmental regulations while tax money was thrown around like mail box coupons. Both parties created this desire of an American first message by ignoring normal Americans. Look at how many Obama and Democrat counties turned red in ‘16. And both parties of the establishment think once he’s gone people are just going to calm down but they are wrong.

If it’s not Trump in ‘24 (I doubt he’ll run again) it’ll be someone else with a similar message. People are going to gravitate to the America first message unless both parties keep the policies in place that brought the economy back. It’s not likely to happen because to do so would limit their power. The Republicans are about to get completely wiped out in the midterms and they’ll deserve it.

Just more propaganda to push the false narrative that Trump incited the crowd. Very little violence occurred and the lady that was killed was unarmed. One journalist kept saying 4 people died. Well the lady was shot but it was reported that the other 3 were heart attacks so all will be marked down as COVID.

He has nothing to think about. His speech was pedestrian and one reporter said it was unusually deflating. Word came out about Pence and the reporter said some in the crowd became incensed. Trump left and the crowd them moved to the capitol.

Meanwhile Gina Loudon reported that many of the Trump people wandered into the capitol after the barriers had been removed and following the crowd. Most were peaceful and taking selfies and not engaged in any acts of destruction.

Compared to the destruction and violence in places like Portland this was a nothing burger and is being hyped.

Now the security concerns are real and has been exposed. But what would you expect from democrats.

PBS was showing video from inside the capitol, they were doing just what you said, walking around taking selfies. At one point the reporter was filming herself huddled down on the ground like she was hiding for fear of her life, and she's telling us that's what she's doing, and you can hear a someone walk up to her and ask her if he could please be interviewed, and she snaps at him about how NOT NOW! Then another time she was on the phone and describing how Trump supporters were effectively burning down the capitol. She grabbed one and asked him "Tell us why you are here? Why are you so angry???" and you can hear the guy say "I'm just looking for the bathroom".

Remember all this so greatly upset @Uniformed_ReRe that he almost had a breakdown.

Normally I'm in pretty decent lockstep with you but you missed a critical point here.

We've only be led to believe there are two parties. People might have different letters by their names, they may say different things on different cable news networks, but a vast majority of the ruling class is pretty much the same. We've had a uniparty for longer than I thought.

You have outliers on both sides like AOC and Ted Cruz that stick out like a sore thumb....and there's a reason for that.

I sincerely hope all that wanted a one party system enjoy it. 250 years is it; life expectancy is a bitch.

I don’t think we do disagree. I’m saying the rep and dem establishment is one party and that will be solidified in the midterms but the establishment Rs are going to give way to either establishment Ds or socialist Ds, most likely establishment Ds. People underestimate flyover country folks. They will sit out the next election cycle and who can blame them?

Also thought of some more realistic fears.

He can still pardon a bunch of people and appoint special prosecutors. I dont know if there is a limit but I would have one for the election one for Joe,one for Hunter, another for Kemp , Raffwaszit, , Roberts, the Clintons, Pelosi and McConnell' china ties, Obama for funding ISIS and the AQ affiliate. Heck he could probably have a 1000 things investigated.

Then there is declass of who knows what.

Heck if enough sh*t comes out then even more people might express the spirit of 1776.

When it came time to restore liberty Dead Man Walking screwed us on his way out the door of the living.

The sham yesterday was the failure of the government to uphold the constitution by allowing 4 states to violate article 2. We are NOT a democracy. Those whole states elections should have been thrown out and the legislatures called on to do the certs

If that disenfranchised millions then tough sh&t this isn't a democracy its a representative republic under the rule of law.

Dems are the enemies of the republic and we better get our heads out of our @sses and start acting on that fact.

You are right, but our system depends on a 2 party system. Both sides need to get their houses in order. The Dims have gone full blown commie. They are phucked. The GOP has a bunch of sniveling pajama boys posing as sons of liberty. The RINOs all need to be primaried. ASAP. Sort of a TEA Party resurgence. A 3rd party will only divide constitutionalists. And that's what the commies want, and have to make that happen for their bullshit agenda to succeed. Divide and conquer. The GOP just needs to clean house and declare, "Open for Business, Under New Management." We will survive, but it's easier to keep things sane rather than undo a bunch of new ****tarded laws that are sure to be passed.


Hopefully the GOP learned their lessons. No more Bush's, McCains, or Romneys. The next guy, if not Trump himself, needs to be from the same mold.

So Jack Posobiec from OAN, Mark Finchum state rep from AZ and Maggie Vanderberg reporter/actress were all at the rally. NO INCITEMENT. Trump was going over the evidence of fraud state by state. Speech was bland for Trump and low energy. Trump already knew Pence's betrayal of him and the election and seemed deflated.

Why would anyone on here believe anything that the national media and democrats would say in regards to Trump.

Steve Deace a former Never Trumper said startng a new party is stupid and the Trump people need to fininsh the takeover of the party and work on purging the RINOs. He said that is much easier than starting from scratch.

Pres Trump has had declas in his back pocket for a while now. Even if he declasses now, media will totally ignore, so it will have little impact. Plan may be to clean out the media first, then release. Who knows, but the fact that he hasn't released yet tells me he's waiting for something.

This may be completely unrelated....but.....several months ago, maybe even a year or so ago, Barr and I believe Durham took a trip to Italy as part of Durham's investigation. Likely not connected at all, but who knows these days.
