Affirmative action refers to a set of policies and practices within a government or organization seeking to include particular groups based on their gender, race, sexuality, creed or nationality in areas in which they are underrepresented, such as education and employment.
For the record there were 13 acts of affirmative action within the United States that benefited only one race and one gender before any other Affirmative actions were passed, benefitting any other class of society. Take a guess, who were the beneficiary of those first 13 Affirmative Actions?
