I think the above says it all. Stetson Bennett doesn't deal with real pressure well while he is the highest ranked SEC Passer when not throwing under pressure. Same with Daniels. An interesting note is Richardson is the 2nd highest rated passer to Bennett when not under pressure. He hasn't played much so I guess his dropoff can be forgiven a little at this point unlike Bennett.

I was unpleasantly surprised at how well Bennett played against us last Saturday. Their OL did a great job against our front seven. We got to him a few times but much of the time he had a clean pocket to throw from…. He only made 2-3 bad throws the entire game.
#4 never got much pressure? I only watched a little of that game.

Except he excels on 3rd downs under pressure. As long as 3rd and Grantham is calling the D, he will be fine

You filthy leghumper get a pass because of the ZEP/PAGE reference.

As a BULLDOG FAN....do you want us to keep Grantham?

Does it matter? We don't do takeaways. So, if we get pressure, and they have an incomplete pass, or we get a sack, it will just be Third and Grantham and the drive will continue.

Besides, did you see our run defense against LSU? Georgia could pile up 500 yards against us without ever throwing a pass.

No no no, we will have the run defense shored up for Jawjaw, it will either be penalties or the offense won't show up. Tag.....your it!

This Georgia defense is pretty damn good watching them against KY. That big nose tackle a few times when the RB was heading the opposite way just grabbed onto the O lineman and slung him into the running lane to close it off. Also their other DTs were shedding blockers pretty good allowing the LBs to clean house. They weren't giving that QB much time at all even when they weren't blitzing.

They did get suckered a couple of times with a play action pass for being too aggressive. I guess to have any chance we have to hope we can score like Auburn did on Bama in that 2010 big comeback game. That 2nd half was basically just Newton hitting pretty open receivers by running the QB only play action pass. The RBs got some big runs also because they were so worried about Newton taking off.

Something Kentucky did that worked several times was a hard sellout misdirection. Levis would sprint to the right like he was about to throw an out pattern, then he would stop and throw to a wide open RB on the opposite sideline.
That worked 2-3 times and they tried it again in the red zone and we sniffed it out. Our linebacker got through two blocks and got to the receiver right as he caught it.
I would imagine if UKs OC can design successful plays like that, DM can too

I have no doubt Coach Mullen will have some pretty good plays designed having 2 weeks to work on it. I am a little nervous it might be good to get an early TD and then the Georgia defense will catch on. If we can keep Georgia to around 20 or so points I think we might be able to score enough to win.

I don’t think we are keeping Georgia to 20 points. More like UK and Arky at around 35. Hope Dan has a good plan and we hold onto the ball.

Just watched that offensive plays breakdown from the LSU game and Richardson gives me a little hope we may get in the 20s on Georgia if our O line doesn't get destroyed on the 4 man rush. Richardson was really seeing the field well and quickly going to secondary options. Much quicker than Jones. That first interception was caused by the LSU lineman grabbing him as he was throwing the ball which I didn't catch while watching the game. I know LSU isn't on Georgia's defensive level but I think he can cause them some real problems.

As many have said our offense play well enough to win even with a minus 4 in turnover margin. Will they be motivated with little to play for outside of spoiling UGA’s season?

Some people are claiming that Jones is getting most of the 1st team snaps but Richardson is getting more than the backup usually gets. If true Jones is almost certainly starting the game. If he does struggle again we have to hope Mullen has a quick trigger and doesn't wait until we are down a few scores. I doubt we have much of a chance to come back from a double digit deficit against that defense.

Keys to beating dawgs:
1. Fire Grantham immediately
2. Ban Grantham permanently from the state of Florida
3. Insert Richardson as the starter
#4 might be sending a hot chick with asymptomatic COVID into the GA showers. The three heterosexuals on their team can catch it and spread it to the rest.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

I’m sure Ej is a good kid, but AR 15 should be QB1. As an opposing fan, I’m a lot more concerned if AR15 gets most of the snaps. Georgia can handle EJ. AR 15 is the one I worry about defending

Interesting take, playing the gay angle. It’s probably fitting, too, given they are going to bend your boys over come game time. 💀

Excuse me, did I say anyone was gay? There is a whole spectrum of human sexuality, don't try to force your dystopian bipolar viewpoint on me. :p

Hah, you guys are mild tamales compared to Clemson’s Hot Habanero Hatred:

Never really thought too much about Clemsons status on the cheating lists in recent years. Georgia I figured was right up there with Bama but it doesn't really matter now with NIL making it legal. If our boosters would step up a little more maybe we could get more of those 5 stars and high 4 stars like Georgia has been getting.

Everybody’s playing for 2nd place when it comes to Clemson and cheating. It was a staple since Danny Ford was coach and has been embedded in their DNA ever since.

Well at least Clemson has some natty's to show for their cheating.

Getting bored so I watched the Gators offensive plays against Georgia from last season. It makes you realize just how good Trask and those pass catchers were. Georgia was bringing some heat even with a 4 man rush but Trask was getting that ball out so quickly and on target it didn't matter. Even without that NT playing that game they contained our rushing game but we had just enough decent runs to make them respect it a little. I am assuming they will contain our running game again this year except maybe the QBs having a few nice runs here and there if they get to the outside. I just hope Richardson can keep the mistakes down as he seemed to have that ability to read things quickly in the LSU game. I don't trust Jones at all (hope he shows I am wrong) having to get rid of the ball that quickly because he will sit there for a second many times just to assure his guy is wide open. That will get him killed against this defense.

Georgia seems to have mostly good news on their injury report heading into this game.

Imo, stop running the ball up the middle so much. We need to try to work the edges....if for nothing else but lessen the glaring predictability.

Stop the slow developing run plays. It's garbage against average teams.....and UGA is not average.

Keep the offensive tempo high and don't let UGA get comfortably set.

Throw the ball deep early and often. Uf is not going to push UGA down the field a lot with small yard plays.

Defense? They have got to force 2 turnovers.
