At least that immunity ruling made it clear the POTUS was the executive and not the administrative state. It seemed to go out of the way to make it clear he could fire any executive branch person he wanted to.

2016 was the most important election in modern history. Imagine if Kankles had won and installed 3 progressive, non Constitutional justices? Today would be a MUCH different day
