You do understand that people interpret laws differently, right? From a law enforcement perspective, learning the law is actually pretty damn easy. The application of law, the literal translation from word to practice...that's somewhat trickier and more nuanced.

Disagree. So far Trump has followed the law to the letter. He needs to continue to do that to show that he is following the law at every step, while the left is breaking the law at every step to get him.
There would be no need for lawyers if no interpretation was needed. Very few laws are actually black and white. Most are gray at best.
