Again, Dems will say "see another case thrown out".

It wasn't thrown out...it was denied prior to the election on standing and deemed moot after. Essentially this means the Judicial branch is not a separate but co-equal branch of gov't when it comes to election rules.

I'm interested to hear about the Trumps Tax returns. Is he an honest fellow or is he hiding something. Will be good to find out.

I'm fairly certain the IRS has been giving that guy free annual anal exams for a long, long time. I doubt he'd be dumb enough to try and cheat.

Most likely he doesn't want them released for personal and business reasons. It could affect his ability to operate/negotiate if those he's negotiating with know his finances.

BTW - the ruling today doesn't meant they'll be made public. They are now open to subpoena for investigatory purposes.

The Rats want to PACK THE COURT, while I'd like to TRIM DOWN the traitors and cowards, to be left with just the brave patriots that would execute their Oaths of Office to Support and Defend the Constitution.

I was nonplussed in one sense and infuriated in another. I agreed with Thomas of course for the most part but he said that the election left little time to have review. No this really is an open and shut case of unconstitutional action that they refused to hear because the first Pa case there was no election, the second one the Trump lawyers did not hold their head right, the third was bogus claims of standing (this idea is NOT in the constitution and was made up in the 1920s) and now this 4th one is because it is moot and Biden has been seated.

They said basically they have no remedy. In a sense they are right because the constitution is silent on such a case of unconstitutional interference by other agencies in the election rules. But if they ruled such they would then need to suggest a course of action. Penumbras never stopped them before. I think the conclusion is obvious. The election would be thrown out in those states and it would fall to the house to decide the election.

6 Justices, either out of hate for Trump, or fear of the precedent/outcome decided to not touch this. 4 times they had a chance to remedy this and did not.

I think there is a simple solution to this and that is for legislature to bring cert back in house. They probably did not want to be bothered with it considering it could become a sh^t show but this is where we are anyway.

What will happen if cert goes in house is dems will obfuscate and obstruct everything and pubs will try to automate this. The automation will remove the dem malicious activity but in a contested election like this one it will favor dems as the clock will run out before the data comes in showing the fraud. We have to elect pubs whose testicles have descended and force them to make the hard decisions and ram through the proper decisions when the time comes and slap down the dems.

Also election rules are the rules and I would attempt to put penalties in place as part of the rules with some sort of internal mechanism like a sergeant at arms with arrest powers in the case of violation of election rules who can arrest a SS or Gov for violating these rules, put them on trial and hold them for a term of confinement. Let SCOTUS decide if that is a proper use of election rules under article 2.

The founders did not put that article in to be ignored and there has to be some mechanism for enforcement since SCOTUS will not act.

Power, everything they do is about power and not freedom. They built their entire platform during the Obama years with circuit judges.

The left would try and pass a stupid law or bill, the right would fight it. It would hit the circuit courts and then the liberal judges would rule in the left’s favor.

Trump flipped the entire thing on its head with record number circuit court nominations and the left is pissed because one leg of their power structure got knocked out. How do you fix it? Pack the courts with lifetime appointees and their stupid bills keep getting passed. You’ll see the chatter of court packing as soon as one of their stupid bills get shot down by SCOTUS, preferably the new gun laws they want to impose.

Hopefully Trump got all of his lower court appointees in, especially in the 9th Circus. May all of Trump's appointees live to be 110 years old and never retire.

My rights are God given. No person can alter that basic FACT.

The Constitution doesn't give me any rights.
It instead defines the limits placed on government by the Sovereign people.

The 2nd Amendment protects the 1st Amendment from any excesses of any government actions.
And right now, both are under attack by the Social Democrats Nazi Traitors.

Tell Joe and the Ho that the 2nd was not for hunting or sport shooting, but for personal protection and especially to have an armed populous for the purpose of stopping a corrupt coup from enslaving the sovereign citizens. --- FROM MY COLD DEAD HANDS...
