Mark Hocke - Vision. Discipline. Intensity.
Spring Practice starts next week.
For the past two months, the Florida football team has been going through offseason workouts under associate head coach Mark Hocke, who is the team’s new director of strength and conditioning.
The second phase of Hocke’s program, which started Feb. 11, consists of 15 one-hour sessions in the indoor practice facility to prepare the players for spring ball.
“This thing is a sleeping giant in our opinion,” he said. “You’ve seen what this place can do when it’s done the right way. We’re really excited about the challenge that’s in front of us and attacking it one day at a time.”
