Anyone with a brain knows Dominion won't and CAN'T sue without committing corporate suicide. Sue and they are not only going out of business, but likely going to prison. Even the FIB (FBI) won't be able to cover Dominion's tracks in a civil trial. It would be like OJ suing the knife company for the murder weapon that killed Nicole and Goldman.

Why, then, did the threat of lawsuits have Fox and Newsmax wet their pants and put up immediate apologies and retractions? If it's all real, and they have proof, those sites would have said "bring it bitch", not acted like bitches.

Because they are “news” organizations and this isn’t their fight. Why was a ton of money on litigation you have no interest in (and more critically aren’t investigating yourself)?
Use your critical thinking skills and think about Dominion’s position. They’re a multinational company that signs contracts worth hundreds of millions in a single state (and reportedly got a $400MM cash infusion a month before the election that may have come from China).
They know all they need to do is threaten extensive litigation and everyone would back down. They didn’t think Powell/Lin would call their bluff, but now everyone who only takes things at face value can say “well why did news outlets backtrack!!??”.
This is just Dominion playing the PR game. And you need to be focused on why they aren’t dragging Lin and Powell’s ass to court if their defense is so solid?

Gov issued photo ID, vote in person unless you have incredible circumstances to need absentee, count by hand. Most lawyers don’t release grand, James Bond-villain-like breakdowns of their plans like Powell and Wood. Attorneys, especially corporate attorneys, usually play it close to the vest until they make their move. Cases are won in the courts, not Twitter.

2) Prove you just provided vote tabulating machines and not vote calculating machines, that weren’t connected at all.
