Staff, What are the facts on how much money schools are allowed to give players?

I am not sure what the fund is called, but I understand each school is allowed to give players money for cell phones, travel, etc. and that Ole Miss. gives it's players $5,800 each which is one of the highest for a school.
What does Florida give their players?
