Spread opens at Florida +22.5.

Is that a record spread in this game?

Hopefully the defense can stop them on a few series at least and Richardson is ready for the pressure he will face. Playing timid against that defense will probably not work out too good.

That's too large a spread for a high-level rivalry game like Jax. It's certainly possible they cover that spread but my lesson was learned long ago regarding rivalry games. And it's not because it's UF. Momentum, emotions are such a huge factor.

I’m not saying we’re gonna win, but I will say we’ll only need one more win after the UGA game to be bowl eligible.

It is. And I don’t like it.

In a rivalry game? I know UF has been reeling but they did beat Utah, played Kentucky and Vols close right? I think UGA wins, but 23? That has to be a record in this rivalry. Maybe they think the LSU game lingers over UF, idk. Hope the Gators rise up and pull this one out, my favorite team every week is the one playing UGA, Fsu a close second. Go Gators!!!

So you hate Georgia more than you love FSU? LMAO.

The logic there doesn't make sense.

weve played close games...and Ugas offense has been shown to stall.

Sure, if AR has a total and turns the ball over several times and in the wrong places, of course Georgia could win by 3 TDs, but that's a wild spread.

I agree 100% yet I am still not touching it🤣

I would definitely take the points if forced to bet but would still be nervous. I could see it getting ugly if Richardson froze up some with the pressure they are going to bring. He needs to just wing it against this defense and stop messing around. I think if he tries to throw from the pocket too much it could get ugly with the turnovers etc.

That spread is ridiculous and not realistic. I think UGA wins but they’re not gonna just take the field and roll over Florida. This game will be a fight.

It’s those big bitch TE’s that are the problem. There is nobody on our roster that can hang with them. They will be be running wild down the aisles like they are playing Supermarket Sweep…

sadgator does think we can keep up offensively for a while, but it will only take a couple of plays from one of those MFer’s to turn it into a runaway…

Turn it over or have a bunch of stupid penalties it could get out of hand. Dawgs a momentum team...

It really dépends on how AR 15 plays. If he takes care of the ball and feels like running, I think UF loses by 17-20.

Otherwise, I would guess that UGA wins by 30.

Unfortunately, the secondary and the playcalling for it, makes even a 3rd and 30 very possible to convert......so UGA should have this game in-hand no later than the third quarter.

Any team that can't treat our secondary as if it doesn't exist might as well call it quits for the season.

This is going to be fun to watch.... Have a nice weekend guys!

Well, at the end of the day, we're a struggling team in the SEC and you're a struggling team in the mighty ACC. Good luck trying not to lose to yet another basketball school...er..I mean, baseball school this Saturday.

While your visiting thanks for Kearney and May as well throw a thanks that your staff can’t recruit or coach.
Congrats on making Sheriff on this board.... I remember that you were just getting that position last time I was here.... Don't have much time to swing over here but I do miss the days of going at it with B.O.N.G..... what a character... speaking of characters, I see SAD is still here.... I also remember Alaska, Danny, Numbers, Insta and a few others.... also remember that some of the ole posters have past away as well.... But hey when I saw the line at -24, I just couldn't resist... Wish we had a board that could interact.... and 247 doesn't have it either.... Good luck to you guys this weekend... ;-)

Kearney got mad at Atkins cuz Atkins said his film "sucked" lol

Kearney committed to fsu on a UF official, then decommitted to fsu on his Visit. If I'm UF, I never let him visit campus again lol

That is a BS excuse made up by Warchant and the FSu247 guys (Nee & Sonnone) that cover for Norvell because he can’t recruit and also because Norvell is very friendly to those media guys and let’s them in on practices, and gives them access to the program, etc. so for the most part they protect him. Norvell has them in his back pocket, especially Sonnone. I’ll give Norvell credit in that regard in that he’s smart in how he treats those media folks otherwise his ass would be out the door or on a fiery hot seat. So it has helped him in that regard. Unlike Cristobal who already made a big mistake and attacked the media with his latest comments. Big mistake on his part.

As for Kearney UF had him lined up for an unofficial visit for the LSU game and FSU got wind of that and scampered to get him to Tally for an official visit for the Clemson game to keep him from going to Gainesville. That was just 10 days ago. Anybody falling for that story is pretty naive otherwise why did they go through the trouble they did to bring him in just 10 days ago. Nobody brings in committed players for official visits only to tell them they don’t want them. If that is the case then FSUs staff is even worse at recruiting than I thought. You only get so many official visits every year and you do have to pay for everything. You can save a lot of time and money and an official visit and just do that over the phone.

Oh I'm sure fsu wanted him and would still take him. I think he's a good player. I don't think they are heart broken that he is gone though. I'm not on warchant or 247 so I have no idea who "Sonnone" is. Apparently this was told to Kearney before he visited UF the first time. Kearney at one point called the UF coaches "fake", recruiting 18 yr Olds tho, always a wild ride. That's why I don't necessarily pay attention to it. Looks like Napier is putting together a good class though.

sadgator has no idea what any of that is about…but it sounds like FSU is full of it…

sadgator reflecting on his own post…it is amazing to think about the amount of time sadgator wasted in his young adult life watching Supermarket Sweep…more so than even college football….hours and hours of it….

David Ruprecht just seemed like a cool guy that could hang with anybody and lightly bust balls…he’s one of the adults that framed sadgator’s psyche….no joke…

It’s worth mentioning that UGA doesn’t have a historically dominant defense like last year, but Kirby Smart’s unit is still darn good. It ranks in the top 4 nationally in all of these defensive categories
