Here is the information about his dad. It says here that his dad was on the search committee to hire Stricklin and he also was or is the President of the UAA:
“Mr. Fawbush chairs the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Practice for SGR. He is president and a board member of the University of Florida Athletic Association, serves on the board of the Law Center Association of the UF Levin College of Law and is a past president of the UF Alumni Association.”
