I know I'm beating a dead horse here but we have a chance to hire a proven coach right now. It's a simple business decision. Urban will not be available next year. It's time. He obviously wants the job. He wouldn't be going on Buddy Martin show or doing a meet and greet with SOS if he didn't. He needs UF and UF desperately needs him.
