Masks mandated in Alabama starting tomorrow at 5PM CDT. If I understand it correctly, the fine will be $500 in areas where one cannot social distance.
Or perhaps masks don't do shit but identify the sheep more easily.
This isn't rocket surgery: If masks work, then places that have mandated mask wearing would have seen a massive decline in cases and deaths after mandating them.

Trump wore a black mask as he arrives to visit with wounded military members during a visit to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. The institution requires mask-wearing.
Masks do help prevent the spreading of infectious bacteria.
But he removed the mask as soon as he departed the hospital.
As with most of us, he'll wear a mask when it is required for medical reasons, but not when it is optional. And notice that in 6 months, he's not contracted the Communist Red Chinese Kung Flu.

You said he was 'now wearing a mask'. He isn't. He wore a mask ONCE while visiting sick veterans. That was the smart thing to do, and notice NONE of you sheep here gave him credit for it.

Dems will have to start running damage control soon in the form of......STUDIES!!!!! They will start paying 'scientists' to write long studies where "we conclude that wearing masks saves lives".

You have to agree that the shutdown did flatten the curve. You can see and understand then that if you do not come in contact with the virus, you will not get it. That's why the curve flattened with the shutdown.
When states opened up the cases spiked. Anything you can do to minimize contact with enough of the virus to cause infection (viral load), will help your chances. Social distancing and masks are the easiest methods to accomplish that.

Sweden total covid deaths = 5500, to Finland less than 400. That no shutdown causes 10x the deaths.
