Consumers are 70% of the economy. Today we have near record low saving and record high consumer credit card debt. Blame it on Biden's inflationary tidal wave. How long can consumers keep the "Biden Boom" going?

Market is slowing down, layoffs happening everywhere (our firm announced 10,000+ restructuring in advance of this), Joe is going to go into late 2023/early 2024 with a recession.
The argument will be (to the extent that they even want to make it) that any president would have faced the same after the explosive and excessive fiscal and monetary stimulus in 2021 and 22 - both in the U.S., but in EuroZone countries and other. They are right - to an extent.
Democrats, as much as they decry culture wars, will make this all about Abortion and how it is an example of centralized fascism against women and symbolic for how, at the highest of levels, the MAGA/R party is about "conserve"ing (read: conservatives) white, male power.
Independents and new voters (Gen-Z) will see this, over-index on it, and agree. Democrats will hammer on it as they know it is a simply a winning issue.
We have seen it in Wisconsin, Michigan (Governor vote), Kansas vote, even the Chicago mayor race (Valles is personally pro-life) and again, and again, and again.
This is where the MAGA "sheep" need to "wake up" and see what is happening and figure out a reasonable path including is THIS the issue to lose elections over. (answer: NOPE)

However the people that call everyone that disagree with them RINO will tell you that they aren't going to compromise their principles. Which is fine if you like being on the losing side for another years with your integrity intact.
Ive always been of the opinion if Bush 41 hadn't said "Read my lips" he wouldn't have seemed tone deaf to the economy and lost his second term and more importantly we wouldn't have been stuck with Bill Clinton for four years. That and Ross Perot.
And Texas was one of the "boom" states. There were 1200 people moving into Texas every day from blue sewers.maybe the slow would like to chime in on this?!

Fox Business just told me millenials are shifting to Trump in a big way. They're tired of watching eggs go up and their 401K go down.
millennials scare me. I hate to stereotype people by their ages...however I have hired many...and 98% want people to hand them "baked cakes" instead of baking the cake themselves.
