"She doesn't have the votes right now"

Link? I’m not seeing anything in the media to this effect.

While I would love to see this blow up in her face, Pelosi is a savvy vote counter and arm twister, and would not have publicly given Nadler the go-ahead to start drafting articles of impeachment.

You would think this would be the case. I think it would be hysterical if the vote fell through, but I just can't imagine they would have started this spectacle if they didn't know 100 percent they had the votes to start with. But this is the Democrats we're talking about. Like Deniro says in Casino, they could f' up a cup of coffee.

Rush just played a clip from Ed Henry on Fox earlier saying it. She had to move forward to give the PERCEPTION that something happened in the hearings to WARRANT moving forward.

Slavish media will further the narrative, and they pray it sticks.

It wont. But this is all they have.

Jeff Van Drew was the first Blue Dog Democrat saying he was going to vote against impeachment - 26 Blue Dogs to go. Only need 17 more Dems to throw this off the rail

I can't remember her name. The Dimm bimbo from Oklahoma's 5th District seems to be backing off. Polling seems to show voting to impeach ends her career. Trump won the 5th District by 19 as I recall reading.

Kendra Horn - also a Blue Dog Dem

If the Blue Dogs vote as a PAC together, Pelosi will claw her eyes out

Tough deal for the dems up in red states in 2020. If they vote against, they might win re-election, but their political careers are over. If they vote for, same deal. I suspect most will vote for and be 'taken care of' once voted out of office.
