Florida just lost badly to a bad fsu team. With the injuries uf has and treon Harris at qb i doubt we beat Bama. I actually doubt we cross midfield more than twice.

That's weird, because Florida has more titles in the major sports than fsu and the more sports you add to the pool the bigger the margin becomes. If you hired so well one would think that wouldn't be the case.

But to answer your question OP, IDGAF about any other SEC team but this one. Who cares if the conference doesn't have a team in the playoffs? So be it, we ain't playing for participation ribbons. All that said, doubt it happens so it's all a moot point.
Yeah, that long list of BB NCAA tourney appearances is proof of that. You've said some dumb things on here (and by dumb I mean functioning on a brain stem level of dumb), but this may take the cake.

Because our defense could make anything happen, that's why you never know. We could play with and beat anyone already in year one if we still had a QB with eyeballs and an operating brain.
The only SEC team I care about getting to the playoff is us. The only reason I could think of that having an SEC team in the playoffs would be good is getting some of that trickle down money if they win out. And that doesn't benefit me, so screw it.
The funny part is these same Noles will be rooting for us to beat Bama.
I'll watch the game. Don't care who wins. I've already seen gator meltdowns, it might be funny to see a bammer meltdown though.

I can promise this much, Congress will be stepping in very soon with this "4 team playoff system" and they are going to take control of how many teams will be in the playoffs. Its ridiculous that only 4 teams enter a playoff system. Its stupid and the NCAA needs to fine themselves or Congress needs to fine them.
My biggest concern is the defense is demoralized after playing lights out and then having the offense just fall flat. Can you imaging shutting Henry down like we did Cook? I just don't know what else we can do with our current QB that can help, and that's tragic. We get beat by Bama, but we still won the East, still went 10-2 and we're going to a bowl game!
Somewhat agree. When Florida is not in the mix, I like seeing other SEC programs do well. But even though it is an almost impossible dream, I would dearly love to see us win Saturday, even though doing so eliminates the SEC from the playoff mix.
That's what I'm predicting. But many of your fellow fans probably want to get shut out so they don't have to recognize FSU gave them their worst beating of the season.

Cook had 32 yards entering the 4th and 150 in the 4th. You think our D couldn't have stopped him for 15 more mins if the game had been on the line? Nothing screams screw this crap more than that.

We have only had two losses. So one of them has to be worse than the other. And neither was to a team with a losing record.

I honestly can't believe he wrote that. Yea, that's totally what we want. To not only lose to Bama, but lose to them in embarrassing fashion just so we can go to the Nole boards and say, "see, Bama beat us worse than y'all, you're not even the best team we played!" That may be the worst post I've ever seen on a message board. I'm gonna give him the benefit of the doubt and assume he was effing with us.
And Gray knows this because he just spent Thanksgiving with many people who told him how difficult that was for all of them.
