Lsu wins and jumps to 2 so Bama and LSU can have a 1vs 2 match. So predictable. This way, just in case bama loses it was to the number 2 team so they only fall to 3 or 4. That way the SEC gets 2 teams again for cfb playoff. The first four 1 loss teams are ND and 3 SEC teams. At this point the polls are no lo ger even trying to hide bias.

No bias and we'll see over the next 7-8 weeks, it will all get sorted out. It's not a shock that LSU and Bama are ranked where they are...they have been some of the best teams in the country almost every year for the past decade. SEC teams start and finish more in the top 25 and win most of their bowl games almost every year...a lot more over the past 15-20 years...more than other conferences I bet. No bias and you act like this is a conspiracy lol.

So the projections and what's been seen on the field is where the numbers are at. We'll see if UF is still #9 after next week, the week after...etc. It's all going to change with a lot of teams and be pretty accurate by the end of the year.

That stuff doesnt matter a lot lately with the playoff now. They treat an early loss like a late loss unlike the other polls who have even adjusted some themselves in recent years.

Why did LSU jump OU and Clemson? What could Clemson and OU have done? Nothing. Its hard for you to see it because it directly helps you. If it didnt directly help you, you would understand

LSU has beaten two teams that at the time of the game were in the top 10 and one of those games were on the road at Texas. No other team has more than one. Who should be ranked higher than them?

Not saying that they should have jumped them or that we're even 9 but the numbers will change every week. Be about right at the end of the year.

You don’t think perhaps, LSU now with wins at Texas and over Florida, at this point inarguably the best set of two wins in the nation, is being recognized?

Oklahoma added a nice win yesterday. Clemson, no. Ohio State, no.

OU, Oh st, and Clemson. None of them would have jumped. This applies only to SEC teams and Notre Dame.

I agree with the OP. The top 5 should really just be the 5 best in the ACC. So, Clemson, Wake, Duke and who ever else is next.

LOL!! The ACC is trash. It’s worse this year than last year.

The ACC has 1 Team in the entire top 25. The SEC has 6.

So OU who has beaten one ranked team, Texas at a neutral site, should be ranked ahead of an LSU team who beat that same Texas team on the road and also has another top 10 victory? And Clemson hasn’t beat a team with a winning record yet. The best team they’ve played is A&M who is 3-3 and they almost lost to a shit North Carolina team. If they weren’t the defending champs they wouldn’t be in the top 5 because they haven’t played like a top 5 team all year.

Ohio St. jumped multiple undefeated teams after beating a sorry Nebraska team on the road to get to their spot where was the complaints about teams being jumped then? Your SEC hatred is showing.

You are using rankings that are already skewed. Thats my whole point. You keep saying they beat 2 ranked teams... The rankings are skewed. Its ok to just admit that the media wants #1 vs #2 so when one loses they can put that team in the playoff. Ive seen this song amd dance many teams. Why is it so hard for you to admit there is a bias? You realize its clear to everyone else right? Not trying to be a jerk, im dead serious. Everyone notices it but SEC fans? Come on. Bam will lose and drop to 3rd.

I just used an example with two teams playing a common opponent. Both LSU and OU played Texas. How is it skewed in favor of one over the other? And Texas is a Big 12 team so you can’t even do the usual conspiracy theory thing about SEC teams being overrated in the polls to bump each other up when they play to explain it away.

Like I said earlier this is what you all do. Complain about SEC teams but then ignore all the other instances that don’t fit the narrative. Ohio State jumped LSU in week 6 when LSU didn’t lose (and LSU had the highest ranked win between the two having beat Texas while Ohio State’s best win was Cincy) and then jumped UGA in week 7 when they were ahead and didn’t lose. Where was your outrage then? You didn’t care because you don’t hate Ohio State like you do SEC teams. Teams not losing and being jumped isn’t anything new and isn’t something that just happens with SEC teams. But y’all don’t care about what actually happens you just wanna validate your own bias.

I find it interesting that ND jumped Georgia in spite of the dawgs beating them 3 weeks ago. Now that is true bias.

Another way to look at is that the polls are biased AGAINST SEC teams...for example, they made LSU earn the ranking while Clemson and Ohio State didn't even have to beat one good team to be high in the rankings. How's that fair??

Like Oozie said teams jump teams all the time. It all doesn't make sense but we're only halfway through the season. Most teams are starting to go through the meat of their schedule so we'll see what's after the Thanksgiving games. Bitch about it then.

Mmmm Texas is in the Big 12. Your argument isn’t making much sense right now!
