Expect a "we could have heard it but it was not presented in a timely fashion". Same shit with the PA lawsuit of illegally changing the voting requirements that was not heard by the SCOTUS. Bullshit Roberts double speak. On the contrary, how does a case get heard unless a wrong is committed?.

If Pence pusses out SCOTUS will get real brave a few days after Joe is sworn in. The judicial branch made something very, very clear this cycle...they DO understand the Constitution and what the framers called for explicitly.
In other words, they, as a branch, don't consider it their role to fix crooked and effed up state legislatures and governors. They want the people to fix that via elections, even if it means having an invalid one for the highest office (and ignoring their sworn duty to uphold the law).
They should have filed it when the voting requirements were changed, not after they saw the results and didn’t like it There’s a Latin term for that but I can’t seem to recall it. It’s basically, so sad, too late.
