I have no idea this person's political leanings. She's a democrat if I had to guess, but it would be just that.

She was talking about the vaccines. She started by clarifying that she had been vaccinated, but several things worried her:

1 - How the vaccines completely lost its effectiveness so soon, but were still being pushed by media

2 - How the media was demonizing anyone who didn't vax. She clarified again that she was vaxxed, but completely understood why some people did not. She called it only logical given the circumstances.

3 - She said she is beginning to hear from some doctors who are pro vax that they 'struggle' with treating patients who get covid, who are unvaxxed. This is very worrisome for obvious reasons.

4 - She also wondered why the media is not covering what we ALL should be doing to better protect ourselves against covid, such as exercise, diet, supplements, etc. She lamented that the media is pusihng 'vaccine or bust' and attacking anyone who doesn't submit to their will.

I think people are beginning to wake up.

One of my former players' dad is a radiologist. His father is vaccinated and after doing research over the last few months is now very hesitant to tell someone to get vaxxed, and will not let his 17YO son take the shots. They are fighting UVA to let their 20YO in without his shots.

My physician (she's a concierge doc I pay a monthly fee for access to, and she's extremely good) told another one of her patients she works with she wishes she hadn't taken the vaccine now months later. She will not answer my questions about the vaccines over text. I see her 9/17, should be an interesting conversation.

On the other hand my father (retired radiologist) is ten times more pro vax than any of our doctor friends here.

I know we have some crazies here, but I think most sane people will take the vaccine if they feel it is SAFE AND EFFECTIVE. If someone like your dad has taken vaccines all his life and never had a problem, I can totally see him feeling this one is no different.

Course he likely grew up taking vaccines regularly for school. I don't think the generations since have really dealt with that.

Very interesting comments about your doctor. My family doctor has always been against the vax, even this time last year when it seemed everyone was for it.

I get sinus headaches frequently with cough and congestion. The change in pressure when it rains can set me off.

I was tested for antibodies back in April. I was negative. If I went and got tested everytime I had a symptom of COVID I would be going at least once a month if not twice.

I figure WHEN I get it I will not know unless I end up in the hospital.

So since COVID, I have been taking vitamin D and Zinc and got the more traditional shot JnJ.

Stats are fine unless you are one. I suffer from Charlie Brown syndrome. LOL

That knife cuts both ways brother
Part of why I waited to take JnJ. Figured I would be the first male to get the blood clots and make the news. I didnt mention it but I take low dose aspirin frequently. Should do it daily but forget sometimes. I made sure I didnt miss any doses for a couple of weeks after JnJ.

I had an anxiety attack at 35 that I thought was a heat attack. I said I dont feel anxious LOL. Doc said I was suffering from exhaustion not anxiety its just what he called the episode. I was working full time and starting a business. I was drinking lots of soda and my weight was through the roof. I was at a clients when I had the attack. He he didnt want me dying in his office, kicked me out and said come back later. I have been using supplements on and off since then.

I drink way too many sodas. Really cut down the last few weeks and the weight loss was immediate. Like 10 pounds in a week. And suddenly I got sleepy every night at a normal hour LOL I never drink coffee so used cokes for caffeine, trying to ween off the cokes and drink more tea.

Cutting out Dr Pepper, and I drank WAY too many, helped me begin my journey back to physical fitness. It was the first step that I took and the results were dramatic. It helped "fire me up" for the next steps.

I replaced it with water and with meals I drink water with a sugar free flavor packet. I drink about 1.5 gallons per day and I swear I pee 3 gallons.

That shit will kill you. I have about a Coke a month, usually mixed with water to cure a hangover. It’s electrolytes with a little caffeine. I know I’m in trouble if half Coke half water doesn’t make me feel better.

Dr Pepper is what I drink too much of. Drinking more water is next step, I am terrible about that.

That also happens with missing cocaine “evidence” 😂😂😂😂

You mean reappropriated of course.

It has to be tested, right?

The only time I "tested" a controlled substance that i discovered was fentanyl...and I tested it by accident of course. Almost immediately, and this is the only way that I can describe it, it felt like someone had tied a rope around my waist and yanked me backwards at 100mph. It was surreal. I knew IMMEDIATELY that I was in trouble.

I was kneeling and looking under a table. I had gloves on but when my hand hit the carpet it stirred up "dust" that I then ingested. The quantity had to be minute...but it was enough to knock me on my ass.

Have you tried La Croix? It really helped me give up soda. The carbonation and light sweetness really scratch the itch.

You must have busted a den where the mixing tables were located. Dealers don't like killing their client base. 🤣

You might try a few different flavors because it seems like most people really hate some and like some.

For me, Lime and Orange are pretty staple flavors, but others like the Berry flavors (which I don’t).
I used to drink Propel water but haven't in years. I liked it cause it had just enough flavor to make it taste better than water.

Starting the morning with a Viramin Water, Rise flavor. Which is basically watered down orange juice lol

The Propel gave me stomach cramps. Probably fine with moderation.

Who drinks soda, it's the most stupid self indulgent childlike behavior I can think of. Smarten up

No but many in my family have and I worry that mine is on borrowed time.
Had mine removed a few years ago. Was really worried when it happened but it hasn't been a big deal for me or any friends or family members who had their's removed.

The only change I've experienced is you need to make sure you eat at least 3 meals a day. If you skip a meal, you can become sick because the bile that normally collects in the gall bladder is going straight into your intestines. So you need to eat regularly so your body is processing food to buffer against the bile drip.

Now the gallstones are uncomfortable as hell, or painful as hell depending on your pain threshold. So if you start having severe cramping, good idea to get them checked out. But I'm sure your family members have told you what to look for.

Dude LOL You lived in the filthiest city in America. You are literally the last person here to be talking smart health choices, no telling how many airbourne diseases you exposed yourself to every day.

Yep. Especially cramping or just general intestinal discomfort after eating fatty foods like red meat or dairy.

I can only speak for myself, but I haven't had to change my diet at all. I eat the same foods and have never experienced any of the discomfort I was warned about.

The only proiblem I ever have is if I skip lunch, sometimes around 4-5 pm, I'll start to get this weird discomfort in my gut. It's basically my body saying 'Yep, you waited too long to eat!' I have to eat and even when I do, I'll still feel sick for an hour or two afterward. After that, everything is fine.

My results could be compeltely atypical, but I've heard similar results from friends and family who have had their gall bladders removed.

you need to learn how to eat.

This is from the guy that eats vegan organic free range bean sprouts. Whole Foods and Trader Joes love seeing suckers like you walk in. They've made serious bank conning hippies like you into spending $12 for the same clump of green beans that wal mart sells for 87 cents.

But they drop it in a bag marked 'Organic' and you goobs can't buy it fast enough.

Tell us more about smarten up.

Where did you go to college pat.

Where did you go to college pat.
I told you, that's the wrong question to ask me.

"How many universities did you graduate from?"

"How many degrees did you earn?"

"How can I be more like you and less like me?"

Those are the questions you should be asking me.

Where do you live?
