I went to the purple porpoise in 93 for the first time before and after my first Gator game against FSU..

and on this night



both games were SO loud, especially that FSU game... Holy shit that was the loudest game in the Swamp iv'e been to, other than the end of the South Carolina game for one moment...

99 was still back in the golden years of college football, look at UT trying to run a pro style offense with Tee Martin and getting sacked a million times because of it... I went back and watched the 2000 game too, the score was identical but switched around with us the next year with UT settling for FG after FG and came back to bite them in the 4th quarter after being up all day with FG's... 9-7, 12-10, 23-20 before we made a 3rd and short stuff near midfield and they pinned us down inside the 10 or 9... we all remember the rest as history...
